You can also use Envelopes 3-4 wavetables and load in a saw preset and edit it a bit. This way you can alter the saw wave a little bit like an analog synth. You could also use both 3 and 4 and morph between them using the key.

i used to do that a lot . overall i was using doin it the same way but instead of the the little shape movement u made at the end, i used noise mod to make the edges of the sawtooth rounder

noise mod? as in modifier? I am asking, because I barely use that setting myself. So I might need to dive into it.
