Much appreciation. I'd suggest though, (since words actually do have meaning) investigating the word "person," since at least in legal interpretation - I don't accept the title, any more than I accept the legality of my mother's signature on my so-called "birth certificate" as handing over ownership of the physical 'me' by signing on the 'informant's signature' line on the legal document Φ

Thank you. Can you please elaborate? Why would "person" automatically imply an "artificial person" rather than a "natural person" in the context you are raising? From Black's Law Dictionary, 2nd Edition, 1910: PERSON. A man considered according to the rank he holds in society, with all the rights to which the place he holds entities him and the duties which it imposes. A human being considered as capable of having rights and of being charged with duties; while a "thing" is the object over which rights may be exercised. -Artificial persons. Such as are created and devised by law for the purposes of society and government, called "corporations" or "bodies politic". -Natural persons. Such as are formed by nature, as distinguished from artificial persons, or corporations. -Private person. An individual who is not the incumbent of an office. Sharing the section on "personal property" because it is property derived and belonging to the person. -Personal property. Property of a personal or movable nature, as opposed to property of a local or immovable character (such as land or houses,) the latter being called "real property." This term is also applied to the right or interest less than a freehold which a man has in realty. [...] That kind of property which usually consists of things temporary and movable, but includes all subjects of property not of a freehold nature, nor descendible to the heirs at law. Personal property is divisible into (1) corporeal personal property, which includes movable and tangible things, such as animals, ships, furniture, merchandise, etc.; and (2) incorporeal personal property, which consists of such rights as personal annuities, stocks, shares, patents, and copyrights.

Your child is not your property. They belong to the state. As do you.

I've heard the rumors. :D In all seriousness though, is this true 100% of the time, or are there individuals out there who have reached a level of autonomy and sovereignty, who self-govern apart from external government intervention (aka, they earned and claimed the right to self-govern)? "It behooves us to remember that men can never escape being governed. Either they must govern themselves or they must submit to being governed by others. If from lawlessness or fickleness, from folly or self-indulgence, they refuse to govern themselves, then most assuredly in the end they will have to be governed from the outside. They can prevent the need of government from without only by showing that they possess the power of government from within. A sovereign cannot make excuses for his failures; a sovereign must accept the responsibility for the exercise of the power that inheres in him; and where, as is true in our Republic, the people are sovereign, then the people must show a sober understanding and a sane and steadfast purpose if they are to preserve that orderly liberty upon which as a foundation every republic must rest." ~Teddy Roosevelt, At Jamestown Exposition, April 26, 1907., Mem. Ed. XII, 593; Nat. Ed. XI, 312. "You cannot give self-government to anybody. He has got to earn it for himself. You can give him the chance to obtain self-government, but he himself out of his own heart must do the governing. He must govern himself. That is what it means. That is what self-government means. . . . There must be control. There must be mastery, somewhere, and if there is no self-control and self-mastery, the control and the mastery will ultimately be imposed from without." ~Teddy Roosevelt, At University of Wisconsin, Madison, April 15, 1911., Mem. Ed. XV, 548; Nat. Ed. XIII, 594.

Divine Pollination it doesn’t matter how well you self govern ...people are ignorant for the most part and they will conscript the powers of the state against you even if you govern yourself and harm nobody in the process they still vest the highwayman with implements to subdue you at best out of ignorance and confusion and at worst out of spite, loathing and fear. Monkeys in a cage can be trained not to reach for bananas and to attack other monkeys if they do. They don’t even understand why they do it, but do it none the less. Reach for that banana but don’t be surprised if the other monkeys give you a hiding.

Divine Pollination also people is a collective term not an individual one the people are sovereign, a person is not. a person is a subject of a higher power.... being subject to the will of the sovereign. The will of the sovereign is formed by the collective will of the people .... Vox populi vox dei .... the voice of the people is the voice of god. Or so they say 😏
