I absolutely love E.E. and think it is a vital part of any effective evangelist. I have been asked in the past to explain where Cavemen and Dinosaurs fall in to scripture. I am at a loss since I can't find anything about them. All I can say is that God did create them. He created everything. hpw would you explain it ?

When God flooded the Earth is that considered mass Genocide "Thou shall not murder". Exodus 21 rules to keeping your slaves in line. Are we allowed to own slaves If God aproves of it?

God sent the flood as punishment for how severe the people's sin had become. In American society, no it would not be okay to own slaves because there is a law in place making it illegal. The verses that talk about slavery don't say that it must exist or that anyone who can have slaves has to get them, it just tells you how to treat slaves if you have them and how slaves should treat their masters. Therefore in this case, we can't own slaves because it is illegal in America and the 4th commandments which says to respect people in authority supersedes the verses on slavery.

@@graciecat7389I always laugh a little when someone says the bible is good because it doesn't say to get slaves just how to manage them. There's two classes of slaves, Hebrew slaves which were to be released in year seven and strangers. God explicitly commanded the hebrews to get. Lev 25:14 (which thou shall have) is a command. I also find it comical when someone uses the laws of a land to supercede what the Bible allows or commands. Which laws are more just? The bible or the laws of the land?

Leviticus 25:14 If you sell land to any of your own people or buy land from them, do not take advantage of each other. Where in that passage or the surrounding verses does it command that you have to own slaves?
