@@itsatrap4986 Think about when you take out a cold soda can on a hot day. The aluminum can starts to "sweat" with water forming on the sides of the can. If he was filming on a hot day with the AC on full blast, the cold air could condensate next to the AC vents

Weird thing that is super niche but why I DIDN'T buy the ES is because you cant fold the rear seats down. For me that is a requirement since I put a bike in the trunk two or three times a week.

I have a brandy new XSE hybrid Avalon. Great car but the seats don't heat for beans! I've called the dealership, will be seeing them next week. Don't think there's anything that can be done about that. Anybody else having that problem? Other than that, great car!

@@Funexpected Was told by the dealership that the seats do not get as warm as seats from long ago to prevent burns. My 2012 Prius had the best heated seats. I have gotten accustomed to it. It's had 3 oil changes at 21k miles just because and drives/rides like a dream. The hybrid gas mileage averages around 44/45 mpg which is pretty awesome considering the car weighs approximately 3500 lbs. The safety features are beyond measure.

@Piggy Lover I'm considering a hybrid Avalon (if I can find one), so I'll have to remember testing the heated seats. Does it have adequate power for merging onto highways and passing vehicles at highway speeds when needed?

Child safety locks as a feature? I'm pretty sure there hasn't been a car produced in the past 30 years that doesn't have it. Never did understand that feature. When I grew up we didn't use seatbelts, and of course safety locks were not a thing. Never heard of anybody opening the door to get out in traffic. And now children are strapped in. Sounds like a feature that's more useful for a kidnapper
