I absolutely get that! How deep it is south is probably its largest drawback. Around 80% of residents work from home and there is a big reason why. As a broker on days I need to get to Bellevue or Seattle if I leave at “normal work time” it can be up to an hour and a half. Even Tacoma on most days is 35-40 minutes. I know a ton of people who commute 3-5 hours a day around the country and honestly I just feel like it’s unhealthy

If you have got about 900k for a house. Tehaleh is very nice. I'd imagine the 7-11 franchise owner there is a billionaire by now. It is a very surreal environment in Tehaleh. No shortage of chicks jogging in yoga pants. No shortage of 7000 Mexicans mowing lawns constantly. No shortage of cops that live there, yet no police station. Back to the wildlife. Don't get too comfortable on the epic trails. I've spotted bear there. If there is deer, there ARE definitely cougar. You city slickers that live there forget Tehaleh is on the cusp of some of the most remote untapped territory anywhere in the lower 48. There are predators lurking. I worked out there for the last 3 months. It is a truly beautiful community. If I win the lottery I will buy home there to stay at from time to time so I can quadruple my money in a few years. Better off in the country.
