9:21 mosquitoes are easy to deal with and don't use off or any other mosquito repellents containing Deet because there's something that works infinitely better it doesn't stink and it doesn't make you greasy that being Avon Skin So Soft original bath oil and water in a 99 cent spray bottle and it puts all of the commercial mosquito repellents to shame

11:37 I've lived here 55 years swam in these Lakes as a kid and still ride a jet ski and ski in these lakes and I've never had a single problem with an alligator they're always heading the other direction except for one time when I had an encounter with a 7-footer that scared the shit out of me came out of the water directly at me hissing mouth wide open ready to tangle which was 100% my fault for not paying attention to where I was because I was standing in the middle of her nest and alligators are very good mothers So pay attention to where you're at and you won't have to deal with things like that because they'd much rather stay away from you then do battle with you

I lived in Orlando for 20 years. It was cheap in 1997 when I moved there. I lived in Altamonte Springs and reside in a beautiful gated apartment complex so clean and peaceful. The rent was $400 a month then. My apartment included parking, washer and dryer, walk-in closed and a large bathroom, gym and pool access. I never saw a roach or mice in my apartment. They did keep up with fumigation of apartment, which is why I never saw any bugs in my apartment. Loved it there. What I hated was I-4 Highway, the love bugs and frogs. Other than that I really enjoyed it while I was there. I no longer live there but now I hear is ridiculously expensive. 😊 I am glad for the update you’ve given on this video.

Moved to Orlando way back in 2006 and don't regret it. Believe me, I'm not blind to the downsides. But for me personally the good outweighs the bad. But that's me. But everything you said is 100% true. This place isn't for everyone. It may seem like it because of all the attractions and how absolutely beautiful the city is. It's EXPENSIVE to live here. Not just rent or mortgage. Food, entertainment, tolls, etc.... Hell it's not uncommon to see a utility bill upwards of $700 in the summer if you own a bigger house. Also, it can be dangerous. This is the only place I've ever lived where you be in the hood and not know it if you're not from here. Even the worst areas here are still aesthetically nice. So you'll be in an area that you may think is safe but you're not. Locals know what I mean. You can go from million dollar mansions and two blocks later you're in the hood.

Bugs can really ruin your car paint if you you do not clean it almost immediately. Wash and wax on a monthly basis, if not at least six times per year. Just north of Orlando where it gets hilly is really nice provided you are on top of a hill. Also Longwood.

Off topic Shawn Baker her on KZbin talks a lot about the Carnivore Diet. He reported on a girl from Australia I believe that had really bad concussion and she was not getting better until she did the Carnivore Diet. The Carnivore Diet is just eating animal products. Most people do beef and eggs with sea salt. Ribeye steak is said to be the best. It's saturated fats that heal you.
