Hey, in trying to put together a compact travel kit I see these being better then led panels. Do you think its possible to diffuse one at all enough to be used as a key light also? These would be great to fit into a tripod bag as one kit. Without getting picky these look like they would get the job done. Thanks!

Yeah, I think you can use them as key lights. Probably the best way to do it is to bounce them off something--a white wall or a 5-1 reflector would be a good portable option.
