Hi Pea, can you make a video about the mandatory child support in the west while in the east it's not really imposed/forced. How insulting it is for a strong single mom to ask a child support from the biological father of the child.

Pea, in the interest of what Americans call "full disclosure," you should probably report if you receive any support from dating sites or travel agencies, etc. (Not that's there's anything wrong with that.) And you would not have reveal the exact details.

I should probably consider myself lucky by this measure, because my Filipina wife was 7 years my _senior._ I was only 21 when she and I got married after 4 months of dating, and every friend and coworker I knew was convinced that I had made the biggest mistake I will ever make. Well -- one should never underestimate the loyalty and old-world values of a Filipina of _any_ age -- because our marriage lasted 42 years, three kids, and five grandkids before she passed away this year. My wife was as strong as they come - in every way. In the province she grew up in, marriage was forever; and she didn't take my commitment lightly. But because I knew her background, how industrious she was, how courageous she was, and how loyal she was, I knew that she would be a wonderful mother to my children -- and even at 21 that meant everything to me. So we married; I didn't regret a single moment in all our 42 years together. And the last five years were the best of all of them. And I miss her terribly. At my age I really have no desire to marry again, and maybe it's just been too soon after losing the love of my life. But if I were ever to want that companionship again, my guess is I'd gravitate toward a Filipina first. BUT -- it would have to be with a better understanding among her family members that hers and my needs and desires come first. She'd have to be well established either financially or in her career choice, but I won't allow her to be exploited, taken advantage of, and taken for granted by her own family members just because they think they've just hit the lottery. There is that tendency among Filipinos and it is perhaps their least appealing virtue.

Pea, you're 100% correct ! I am a citizen of the USA . I met my gf who is a Filipina 4 yrs ago. Yes, we have met in person. We've traveled all over the Philippines enjoying what I as a "westerner " consider normal, everyday fun. She thought was a luxury. That's what I love about her. The appreciation for simplicity. Sure, like all people, she too has her flaws. But nothing so bad to make me leave,, ever. Women here in the Americas are superficial and materialistic. Greedy and more money-hungrey than any Filipina. The first questions they usually ask when remotely interested are.. * What do you do for a living ? * What kind of car do you drive ? * Do you have your own place ? Answer in a way that doesnt satisfy them to any of those and they quickly make a excuse to leave the conversation and never see you again. Oh, and let's not forget how Anerican women want you to be perfect... * Perfect health, * perfect skin tone * perfect facial appearance. * perfect vocabulary * perfect height * perfect weight , the list is never ending. But like you pointed out, Filipina women only want to be loved.. That as well as your loyalty and for you not to be abusive. Where American women, they are always looking for that " bad boy ". The no joke guy who seriously just got out of prison ( seriously). Then they complain and act like they never expected it when. He gets abusive . Please,, how. Can people be so stupid ?! In short, I'd take an Asian women, specifically a Filipina woman over a " western " woman anyday. But I'd never in a million yrs trade my filipina gf. She may not be the richest etc. But shes the best person I ever met.

We would appreciate you or anyone that see's this if you would check out her channel. That way Pea, you can also see who I am, what my personality is like, and also get a better feel for what both me and my Filipina are like and how we relate to each other. This is very perceptive. Thank you for this very accurate and informative video. I'm an American male, approaching my 60th birthday. My first wife was an American woman. I was a virgin when I married her, and I was a devout Christian. I was devoted to her, loved her, cared for her, and got metric tons of anger and hostility from her because I didn't make enough money in her eyes. I did my best as a machinist to provide for her and our son. She turned my son against me after the divorce. Oh, I was 30 when I married her. I am not a player. I have offered kindness, commitment, maturity, and love when trying to court American women. But I was treated like crap, with every American woman I ever dated long term. I don't do the Tinder crap. I have always wanted a lifetime marriage, commitment to one woman, and to be a father. And I finally found a wonderful, mature, kind, strong, sweet, loving, and very devoted Filipina woman for my true love in the Philippines. There is no comparison with Filipina and American women. No comparison whatsoever. We are talking different planets folks. If you are an American male, your chance of finding a quality wife in America is very slim. Go to the Philippines to any city or small town, close your eyes, and point in any direction, and chances are you are pointing at a very high quality woman.

Oh my goodness! I can tell you have some healing to do. Not all Western women fall into the same category as your ex. Furthermore, I find it hard to believe she is 100% at fault. There are two sides to every story and until I hear it from her I don’t believe you 100 percent. Sorry
@johnc47573 жыл бұрын
@@OanhSchlesinger I have met some exceptional Western women. But there is an undertow in American culture that results in 50% of marriages failing. I never said I was perfect in my marriage. Marriage is a covenant between two imperfect people. But at least I tried, and gave 100% of my heart to my American ex-wife. As an example, I was a healthy guy (and still am), who had spent many years studying nutrition and health related topics before I met her. When my wife was married to me, she ate fruit smoothies, regular meals, but we avoided fast food, etc. But one of the stipulations of staying married to her was that I had to "eat like normal people." She said she would divorce me if I didn't relax my standards. She weighed 140 pounds when married to me, and after the divorce, she blossomed to over 260 pounds by consuming mountains of fast food. She even got our son hooked on fast food and he became very obese. So, no, I am not perfect, but I tried. On our honeymoon, she gave me a list of all the things she hated about me. Yes, you read that right, on our honeymoon. Helluva time to let someone know you hate them. I'm not judging all American women. I am judging the cultural differences between America and the Philippines. They are night and day. By the way, I don't consider Filipina women to be subservient. On the contrary, if I cross my current Filipina fiancé, she'll put the fear of God in me. And that's why I love and cherish her. I might have stated things harshly. Apologies if I offended you. But American culture is on the decline. Americans are getting angrier, more divided, more hostile, and it has become a dysfunctional society as a whole. And marriage and family and not high priorities, generally speaking, in America, whereas in the Philippines, marriage and family is generally everything. When you hurt your own child to spite your ex, that tells you everything you need to know. My son became morbidly obese from being fed a constant stream of fast food. I provided vitamins to my son, and I found out later my ex-wife had hidden the vitamins in her cabinet and had never given the vitamins to my son. What more can I say?

Not really, Western women are more independent and wealthier therefore they can be more picky (although they're not my type). The vast majority of Filipinas who marry foreigners are poor and very simple girls with little education, work experience, travel or knowledge. It's an escape from a life of just sitting at home on their phone doing nothing. Many Filipina women have multiple foreign men on the go but most Western guys I met when I lived in PH were staggeringly naive and believed everything their girlfriend's said.
@OanhSchlesinger3 жыл бұрын
@TheOriginalBigShot are you referring to western women? Clearly your choice in women has not been good and your opinion of western women rests solely on your misfortune. I am half Asian and half American. Ironically it was my white father who taught me the value of independence and the right to choose a career path that was closed to women in his era. It is that type of free thinking that shaped me into a strong believer in myself. Call it entitlement or whatever word fits. I just hope that when/if the opportunity comes to mentor someone whether a child or significant other your very narrow belief system doesn’t hold her back from a bright future.

The age gap is perfect, I can tell you no one could possibly fake the attraction she has for me. She only got mad once, when she perceived another Filipina to be flirting with me. To an average Joe American it is shocking how "in demand" I am in the Philippines even to woman half my age. I could write a book about my experience, but I'll say it was not just about money for her. Prices were so cheap there compared to my USD I was willing to buy anything, but she refused time and time again. She also never left my side, always wanted to hold my hand, treated me like a king. In summary it seems like some western women are threatened by Asian women and make sarcastic comments about them and their motives. Brother, it's difficult as a white man in the usa. Were hated by some minorities and the left wing party which instigates hate towards white men. White men are portrayed in a bad light here in US. That should not change a damn thing about who you know you are. If you have morals, values, and a principled man you are weight in gold to many Asian women. The white woman neither likes or supports in any meaningful way the white man. I never found the white women attractive in a meaningful way. I just met my Filipina in person, she is amazing. One thing that worries me confirmed by this video. In the USA I am just an average Joe, but in the Philippines I am a "hot ticket". I of course like this, not that I am not happy with my girl, but it's a good feeling. If I bring her here, the tides turn. She will be the hot ticket and revert back to average Joe status. It's going to take a long time to build trust to overcome this for me to bring her here. For now, I just enjoy the day and plan my next trip to see her.

As a gu from a first world country, if you're gonna marry a woman from another, less affluent country such as the Philippines, you're much better off going to her country than bringing her to yours. Get to know the culture and values as well as her and her family personally. Family is of great importance to these women. You're not just marrying her, you're marrying into her family. By going there, you are able to prove yourself in her environment. And if things don't work out, you can always go home. But if they do work out (and I hope they do!) you'll have the time of your life.

That's a shame you picked the wrong women. I guess I picked the wrong man. I could say the same thing. Mine went and found a new widow to live with once my money was gone. I'm beginning to think the problem might be, men think that women only want money so they wave it in front of their faces to impress them. Once that's accomplished they want to believe in their minds that the woman really loved them but in reality the relationship was based on what you waved in her face. Just like most Filipina's. They are impressed and infatuated with what you have to offer. You need to present yourself not what you have to offer financially. You'll know if she's for real or not.

My wife and I were married in the Philippines, in the Catholic Church with a priest who officiated our sacramental wedding. We were married in the presence of my wife's entire family in a crowded church years ago. It is my goal to retire in the Philippines with my wife one day once our kids are raised and educated here in the USA. Marriage to a woman from the Philippines (regardless of her age) is about having a "family." Period. If you decide to do it right, get married in the Church. No question. I'm not even sure why most Westerners bother with marriage if they're going to be so cavalier with the vows they took that they'd break them for the most transient reasons. It's quite apparent that the focus is on _their_ needs and not their partner's, which is the one thing that defines what love _isn't._ My Filipina wife was raised by strict parents with old-world conservative values where it concerned marriage and family, and so I knew from the outset that she would be a superb mother to my children -- and she was, along with being a very loyal and devoted partner and companion to me. God graced me beyond measure and it was the best decision I've ever made in my life.

Until we went to get our , my house. I bought the house for $170,000.00 NO money down with pristine credit because I am a dumbass and don't know what I am talking about. I tried to get her to take one hour off to sign the paperwork on her car NOPE well now the loan and the car are in my name. She pays the loan.

The cat bit at the end is the most accurate representation of the women in America. I don't want to hate on them but I've seen it from start to finish in my short 35 years on this planet. Now that I sound like an alien, I'm going to bow out of this discussion. Keep being real. It's very attractive and you know how to hold an audience.

I like how you approach the topics with rationality and logic. I have had many broken relationships. Thankfully I am attached to a Filipina who is thankful for my presence. You have given me many things to think about in this relationship.

I don't think I've seen a more accurate assessment and effective sales pitch as this in some time. Also, I obviously agree and may need to consider moving to the Philippines for a better life and a worthwhile relationship since everything here in the U.S. is going cuckoo. I have very little hope for great, stable, reciprocal relationships with a female unafflicted by psychological disorders and overcome with pride here.

Very well said . I lived much of what she said at the beginning with my wife who left me after 30 years of marriage. I vowed I’d never marry again but must admit if I found a God fearing Filipino gal I would consider it again. I actually know a Filipino gal who is interested in me . Trust is the big issue for me.

I’m in the same position. I’ve been talking to a Filipina lady for a couple of years. She got a work visa and is on her way here soon. I have major trust issues because of my ex. It seems too good to be true that a woman half my age is interested in me. We’ll see how it goes when she gets here.

@@ImCopperBear I just met my Filipina in person, she is 40 me 54. I was skeptical as well. How can this younger beautiful and fit woman really find me so attractive as she claims? All I can tell you is if she is faking it, she blows Meryl Streep away as an actress and performs 24/7. She always showed me affection, always wanted to hold my hand, looked at me longingly all the time. Commented on my eyes, hair, nose and Western features. She was particular fascinated by my nose and eyes. I would literally wake up with her staring at me, she would look at me while I am sleeping. If she is faking it for money, she is the best in the world.

wow Pea you are amazing !! You hit so many good points and are right on target !!!! :) :) In the west for many of the reasons you mentioned marriage has been the lowest now in recorded history because at this point the way the laws are, marriage benefits a man in no way. 50 percent plus divorce rate, 80 percent of the time the women files and wins cash and prizes. I myself have stayed single and would only consider marrying a fiipina for the values you have in the east.

I totally agree with everything you’ve said - with one vital warning. As wonderful as that Filipina is in her country, when you take back to yours, you run a very high risk of her becoming corrupted by western “values” and treating you no differently to all those women you vowed you would always avoid. A good one is a blessing, a bad one a curse, wherever they’ve come from.

Hello, I am very happy for you. I am a woman of mixed race. My mom is Pinay and my dad was in Irish immigrant to the US. There's a 19 yr age gap between them. They've been together for 50 years. Dad is now 88 and mom is 69. If you ever watch Everybody Loves Raymond they are like Frank and Marie 🤗🤣🤣🤣🤣 Drives me nuts but they love each other. Many many blessings and happy years to come to you and your wife 🙏

If ever there has been someone who deserves their success, Pea, it is you. As many of your videos as I have watched, one might expect that I would be tired of them by now. But no, the opposite is the case. The combination of wisdom that you dispense, thoughtful advice you give and incisive humor that is directly aimed at educated Westerners, is simply amazing. Your pirate skit was priceless. I don't know if you intended it, but at the 1.25X speed that I listen to your videos, it appears to be a dead-on impression of Bush Barbie right down to the gestures and rhythm of the speech.

But I've always felt a strong attraction to Asian women and especially Filipina women. I'm older now and after these failed relationships, I just want a good, loyal woman that wants to be with a good, handsome, romantic, protector like me. Thank you so much, and I look forward to seeing your upcoming videos!

As a HENRY, my biggest fear is that I would prefer to bring her back. While I am on path to retire early, I do want a family sooner rather than later. You always have me on the fence. Maybe you should do a video on how to keep a Filipina from becoming to westernized. But amazing vid as usual.

There is a certain magic in the Philippines. I cannot really describe it. It is an internal joy that shines through all of you. Is it something you get from living in paradise or is it something the west has lost in pursuit of comfort and entertainment? I am not sure, but for all the problems the Philippines suffer from it is a magical place.
