The shower arm has a plug in it I believe it is a water saver not allowing for a heavier flow , is there a way of removing it so you can get more water pressure? I miss the old days where it really comes out fast and strong.

What has become of this channel? Is there even a purpose for it anymore? 20 + years ago it was Ron showing you how to convert your porch into a sun room, you know stuff you shouldn't be doing on your own with no experience to now we're changing shower heads and hanging tvs......what is this anymore?
