Hey Mrs. Rickkitty! I too had this problem 😩 have you tried wearing a glove on the hand holding the Loc? I used a glove I use to use for checking fluids in my car. It worked wonders!! Just as an added precaution I wear 2 on that same hand. Let me know how it works for ya if you decide to try it on?

I am 50 years old and have tons of grey hair. It is my dream to transition into long Extention locs but I don’t know much about the process on someone like me. I currently have up to shoulders length natural hair. I color the greys every two weeks and I am desperate to stop coloring. Is it possible to find Extention locs with greys in them and please give me an idea of how much money I should plan for. 😊 Thank you for your great videos.

Absolutely you can. There a different percentage of grey to choose from. Price will depend on how many how long, how thick etc. the average price for a full head of extensions is around 1k

I just checked out your appointment page and I have locs that I cut off last year, they are about 5 years old. My hair was loc’d with the coil method and took forever because I have maybe 3A or 3B hair. My natural hair is about as long as your clients. Will you be able to do this same method on 3A/3B hair? I’d like to keep some of this new growth lol

What do you think of removing and redoing the parts in sections? My hair is fine and I’m realizing I should have done bigger parts. Instead of taking them all out at once, I want to work sections at a time. I want to take out a group if extensions on my crown, repart, and re install them. Is that a bad idea?

Dxlyn have you used the locksmithing technique for retightening locs? Honestly I would love to have locs but I don't like the grid look or the twist look on the loc at the scalp. I hope that's not a bad thing.

I had the needles go through 3 of my nail beds, one finger got infected and took almost 2 months to heal. Braided hair the whole time. ths skin died off and i got a new one lol so yes always use them up wards
