I didn't listen to country music, I was born in Virginia with the beautiful surrounding hills. My Mom listened to soul and that's what played in our house. It wasn't until I was almost 18, my husband got me started on country lol, and that was my favorite from them on our. I think it was because, my husband would get me to sing, especially a lot of the women's music. He said my voice was almost like their's, but I think it was just love lol. Ms. Reba McEntire,I heard her voice with all the different pitches, abs I was hooked. I don't think there is 1 song that I don't like, for real. If you're having a bad day, all you need is her music, and then it's a hell of a day.;-) Ms. Kelly Clarkson, has a unique and wonderful voice. Seeing the energy of hers, just gives you a volt of energy, and you can go on with the day. Ms. Clarkson has been in the limelight, I think it's terrible about what they say about her. I was brought up, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. When she started out, people were raving about Ms. Clarkson. Now they're just, talking out their butt's. I hate writers that just, put junk in the articles, so their paper or whatever would sell. It doesn't matter to them if it hurts these stars. These two young ladies singing together, it was just perfect. They complimented each other. Best of all, they did my favorite song, Fancy! Ms. MsEntire and Ms. Clarkson are to amazing ladies, I'd like them to know, that I'm truly blessed, to be a fan of y'all's. That's the hill in me lol. I love these two! Reba is a legend! Kelly is one too! Im so proud of Kelly. She has a beautiful soul with a voice that can throw down any song you throw her. Reba had/has her on television show or how ever you call it and a full list of music that makes us/her fans just truly love her and with that beautiful voice, how could you not just love her? Kelly is absolutely amazing and I feel she can do just about anything. We watch Kelly at 3pm mon-fri. Even the voice. That Kelly is one hard working Mother and still is always there for all her fans. Heck, we will even watch her re-runs on her show. I always feel that she needed a day off and she so deserves it. Plus all her shows are good. So no complaints about a good oh re-run. I’m not sure if Reba has ever been on the Kelly Clarkson show. But, it would be so cool for that to happen. It probably has and I didn’t know. Not quite sure. But could anyone just imagine a duet of them on Kelly’s show? That would be Epic and especially to whom ever in the audience that requested the song. I’d love to be able to be at one of Kelly Clarkson shows. There’s no way I could ever afford that though. But I’m happy to just be able to watch it on tv. I remember being enthralled when this concert was aired in '07 or so. I wasn't much a fan of Kelly Clarkson then but this show changed all that. I'd never seen anyone so charged to be singing especially on this song. Understandably so too, she's on stage with Reba for crying out loud. Still one of my favorite concerts and 2 of my favorite singers. I have daughters now and it is one of my great joys in life to introduce them to legends like Reba, Dolly, Patsy, Linda, Crystal, Jessi, and so many others. It's part of my duty as a dad to ensure that my kids know what good music is and they surely do.
