@@nabepon yes,we are enjoying here..we have some work to do on our boat,we will stay here for a month-but when will be possible we will go around and enjoy the island and swimming pool😆It looks great🍹

I did my industrial training here decades ago. At that time it was partly open & partly under construction. I managed to piss off the famous Mr Saito (Saito Academy/Saito College). At least he didn't scream at me in Japanese. He always had his yatch at the marina 😆

So it has been used for many events throughout the history of this hotel. Probably it was a good environment to concentrate on the events because it was not affected by the buzz of the Cenang beach.

@@nabepon There are also other resort islands in Malaysia that are not in Langkawi which are as popular as the Maldives, especially on the east coast of the peninsula and Sabah.

Thanks for your comment! Airplanes did not land very often and I believe the noise level is not bothersome for most guests!

If you are expecting complete quiet, this may not be a perfect place for you. As the planes are beautiful, and flights are not that frequent, so I enjoyed the stay!
