Can you tell me the trade name of the blue and green anchor bolt hangers please. I am from Scotland and have never seen these before. Would be able to tell me where you bought these

Anchor mate bolt holders made by Simpson strong tie. Blue are for 5/8 green are for 7/8

I was wondering at what point would you need rebar over wire mesh? Places like North Carolina or Maine. I'm sure I'm Cali it has to be rebar always.
