I tell you... if I was in my 20s I would have completely ignored this video 🤭 but guuurl! Once the 30s hit it's a different story...I wake up creeking and cracking every morning with pain in my back, neck and a swollen face! The struggle! I'm glad you brought this to my attention. I can't afford it now but it's in the back of my mind so when I'm able to afford it I'll know where to look. Girl I know!! I’m 38 and things just don’t move like they used too! I popped my knee the other day trying to put my dogs collar on 😂 my husband was like “what was that noise?” 😭 Yes, I want to do update videos now that I’m trying to get my skin right. More videos coming, not as many but you know sprinkled in here and there, lol. TFW 🥰

I have to say I have tried so many pillows and I bought this because Dr Dray said it was so good Well at first I slept pretty well for about two days then I started waking up with back and neck pain They have a 30 day money back guarantee Beware and read their return policy I accept responsibility because I should have read the return policy Well first of all they will not pay for return shipping and this pillow is HEAVY. So to ship it back will cost you ALOT Also they will not allow returns on the pillow cases even if they have not been taken out of the package

I am so sorry it didn’t work out for you! 💔I am still using mine and haven’t had any upper back issues unless I sleep on my stomach, which I’m not suppose to do (with any pillow) per Chiropractors orders. Thank you for sharing your experience!

This pillow has really aged my face. After using it for almost 8 months, my cheeks are super low. This pillow also caused my jaws to clench at night in my sleep. Thus, I ended up with wider looking jaws and droopy cheeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SLEEP AND GLOW PILLOW. Also, sleeping on the side with the pillow was the one of the most uncomfortable positions ever.

Can you use an ordinary pillow case with this, recently bought a silk one and don’t want it to go to waste.

I do! I couldn’t keep up with washing the same one and after testing it out with one of my pillow cases, I still wake up with no face lines. If the pillow case is big enough it will sink into the shapes I find. Of course they recommend theirs but it worked out for me 💕

Do you find that where the pillow contours in (the area intended to prevent sleep wrinkles) causes any increase in cheek or jowl sagging due to that area of your face having no support (basically just hanging) for several hours each night? That is my biggest concern. I am completely sold on the fact that it will dramatically eliminate sleep wrinkles (it just makes sense that it would) but I don't want to be fighting one concern while potentially creating another. I hope this makes sense! I'm a side sleeper and to make matters worse I'm not a side-to-side side sleeper - I only sleep on my right side. Would love your feedback! Thanks, Brandon (from VA)

Hi Brandon, the contours aren’t so deep that I find my cheeks/jowl hanging. I would say it cradles my face more than anything. Still love and use my pillow exclusively but since it is one size and one size doesn’t fit all I would definitely take advantage of their return policy if it doesn’t work out since it’s so pricey. I just discovered you as I wanted more reviews (honest ones if possible) about this pillow. I'm so happy you follow Dr Dray, as she is my No1 go to professional for skincare. I suggest to you another ethical, intelligent, well-educated young lady (if you don't know here yet!): Cassandra Bankson. No BS and she suffered so much from her acne and damaged skin that she specialises in the products that can help you. As for me, I'm not an acne sufferer and I'm always looking for "mature" skin products, and here is where I rely mostly on Dr Dray's recommendations. I definitely go to Cassandra also as I trust her well. Thanks for your in-depth review of this pillow!

Oh yes Cassandra! Love her videos too ❤️ She started popping up in my feed when I got more into skin care videos in 2020. I actually had to finally see a dermatologist for my Hyperpigmentation/Melasma because I needed a prescription strength skin care routine and might also need laser treatment. The sun here in FL is soooo brutal. But thanks to Dr. Dray I have been so on top of my spf so at least it hasn’t worsened. Thank you for watching and sharing ❤️

My current memory pillow is the same as your old one. Been thinking about buying that sleep&glow pillow since I am a side-sleeper. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and introducing the product in as much detail. 👍 Regarding lower back pains, have you tried using a chiropractic spring mattress? I bought one last year and it feels good to lie down on. I didn't experience any back pain anymore (though I am still in my mid 20s and have no serious back issues yet)

I was looking for reviews on this because I did think it was pretty expensive but you are totally right we spend a lot of time in bed and to not have good head support for that, not to mention I do also have neck pain, is probably bad in general to be like that for extended periods of time

Unfortunately this kind the pillows are no for all sizes people, is only one size, and that sometimes it not help pattie shorter people, short necks, I one one of these and it was tall to reach those holes it have in the sides. Very good idea, but need more improvement, and besides that it is no cheap it is expensive for something that it not work for everyone.

I just tried the Sleep and Glow pillow. It's awful! I woke with a stiff neck and a massive migraine. Even though I let it air out for a day and washed the pillow case, it caused a mild reaction. I coughed all night. It's the petroleum it's made up of. It was NOT comfortable. It's simply not worth the price. It's back to My Pillow for me.
