Did your line/fold go away from using the pillow or did you continue to get fillers? There is a significant difference in your before and after.

I did get the filler once more since this video but not for the last 14 months. I find that the filler lasts a lot longer than one is told and I do have to be honest that I notice a huge difference in my nasolabial folds if I get enough sleep vs very little and if I sleep on my side. It's crazy how much sleeping on your back can remedy this issue because the difference even between one night's rest is huge. Every time I wake up only to see I slept on my side, I already know what to expect from my face. It's very frustrating! lol

I have the reflex pillow and the sleep and glow aula which looks just like this pillow your are reviewing. I was wondering thou when u go back and forth with sleeping with the Reflex sometimes, how do u mean? Like during the night? or do u sleep on it for a couple nights?

And what size did you get for the your face pillow?
@yawndersleep4 жыл бұрын
When I ordered this I think there was only one size available so probably just the "regular" if there is such a size.

I ordered large even though I have a smaller frame🙂

Does the pillow helps only to avoid the nasofacial wrinkles or help with those neck lines for using the phone ( texting ). I’m looking for a pillow that help me to keep my neck stretch ( I don’t know how to explain it better ) 🙄
@yawndersleep4 жыл бұрын
Do you mean the horizontal neck lines that can look like bands? Maybe phones can exaggerate this but I think this happens to many when aging despite their phone use. That is a good question. I'm not educated in this area. Sorry.

Be sure you regularly have mammograms. My daughter has PCOS also and was put on birth control. However, her birth control caused her to have breast cancer. At age 40 she had a double mastectomy.

Oh my goodness, that is devastating, I'm really sorry to hear that! I had no idea birth control could cause such a thing. How is your daughter doing now?

What is wrong with your video? I am in the market for a pillow like this and over several days I have been coming back to your video and it only plays 30 seconds or so but I do not have a problem with ANY other video no matter what wifi I'm using.

Hey I'm not sure what you're experiencing but I haven't heard from any other users regarding this issue. It could be an issue with your internet connection, with KZbin or maybe even a graphics card. Hopefully you were able to figure this out.

I have had this issue with other couple of vids from other youtubers usually i correct it by pausing the continuous play and forwarding manually on the part that skips...make sense?

Sleeping on your side is better for brain health and reducing the risk of alzheimers.

??? Study? I was under the impression most doctors suggest back sleeping, so would be interested to hear about what you know here. I currently sleep on my side Nd cannot transition to back sleeping.

@@raquelflores2696 I've been slowly getting used to it. What I found really helped a lot was to use a pillow under my knees...For some reason that lifted area keeps my back relaxed and stable into that on back position and I tend to stay more put and comfortable for the most part.

@@domtekos7761 I don't think there's evidence for a direct link like that, but sleeping on your side tends to reduce snoring and improve breathing during sleep. Which may or may not matter for most people, but is extremely important for older and people at risk for any reason. So no, "doctors" absolutely don't recommend back sleeping as a general rule of health, that's a beauty industry thing.
