if you think about i, becky is one of the best written female characters in TV history. she's feminine but not too much, she's excellent in her job but she's not a shows off too much, she's not ashamed of the fact that she's not good in 'traditional' female things like cooking, she's a feminist but not to the point when it looks like a caricature; she supports her husband but not to the point of unnecessary sacrifices. she's the perfect balance of a woman who knows her worth but without being too cocky and also cares about her loved ones without falling too far into it. you won't see such good written female character in modern tv-shows, it's like writers forgot what balance is about.
