How come Rebecca Johnson isn't known worldwide? Having said that, the only reason I know about her is due to Leland Sklar. He mentioned her recently on his channel. And when Lee recommends that you listen to another bass player, then you know they're gonna be great. And she is!!

I actually ended up here because I bought a Dean 4-string bass on clearance at the pawn shop I worked at before retiring. I figured maybe I could finally learn a little bass guitar. Was looking for info and saw her other video playing her 5-string Dean. No matter how you got here. This is good stuff and RJ is amazing on that bass. Got those old vocals and funk from back in the 70s when my hair and beard were dark. LOL. New fan here.
