While this is not a new recording, I gotta say his voice is nowadays better for this kind of material than high energy rock. Wish he would release the acoustic John 5 collaborations in physical format. And tour that stuff in small venues!

It is a new recording. He has taken a bunch of older songs and re-recorded them back in May 2022. He recorded 14 songs during a two hour session.

@@caphowdy666 Yes you are right after all. It sounds so different from their VH remakes that I believed this one came from some years back, AND I have a feeling I`ve heard Dave cover this before. His current band seems very flexible. Maybe they could tour this more mello stuff :)
