Hi, i just saw your comment and honestly i dont know how to make a person feel warm when you barely know them, but one thing im sure of is that you will find someone one day who you can be yourself with, you will find someone to share your pain as well as your happiness. We're stuck in a world where all the human beings are going through something and it feels like there is nothing we can do about it but trust me, things will get better. It has to and it will. Please never feel like youre not good enough for yourself because i know there are excellent things youve done in your life which probably you dont remember cause we, humans tend to focus on our flaws and short comings. Im so sorry that you had to go through molestation. I pray that you muster up the courage to go through it and live your life by your own means cause you deserve the world. Youre precious. Remember that.

I too enjoy putting makeup on when I feel like it, but I fear that statistic is not because some women feel better with makeup on, but because some people are judging women depending on whether they have makeup on or not

Well, let's logically think about this for a minute. It's true wearing makeup can boost and enhance your self esteem, but makeup does not cover proactivity. To get high grades, you need to be proactive to ask any questions you need clarity on. You need to be proactive to take down notes. You need to be proactive to wake up and show up on time. Wearing makeup only makes you feel and look good. It has nothing to do with logic. When you're focused too much on what others think what you look like on the outside, then you aren't serious about getting high education for yourself. There's a reason why the nerd that don't wear makeup are always high achievers. It is because they are focused on improving their intelligence not beauty. If your goal is to be smart, instead of looking pretty or good, then you obviously are going to eventually get high grades.

My guy, makeup doesnt directly be related to studying/ academics for it to be associated. Makeup improves self esteem and self esteem is associated with higher academic achievement. You need to be confident and believe in yourself as you progress through academics to not second guess yourself and have it take away from your productivity

Idk, it just seems a bit suspicious to me, especially since, for example, some jobs (that have nothing to do with looks) require women to wear makeup. How does that make sense? I feel like whether someone wears makeup or not can still lead to discrimination

~Note~ Ok - yes this video *was* two months ago but I just found this channel and I'm obsessed... When people say "Clean your room and workspace for an organized mind", this isn't entirely true. Where I live, my mom cleans the house EVERY day and doesn't rest until the house is looking like your dream home. (My dad is an architect and my mom is an interior designer). Ever since I could remember my desk has been organized, my bed made every day and the floors are so clean you could lick them. Now - this is what I wanted to make a point about. I am N O T a productive person, I may seem like it but really I cheat a lot when it comes to being "that girl". For some people, yes, having a clean room is a clean state of mind. But really, if you have a clean room all the time there's no change. And if there's no change..then no motivation. I'm not saying for people who do have clean rooms to make it messy. I'm just saying change your workspace and maybe sleep somewhere else for a night. You don't need to have a big perfect house for this - maybe even sleep on your living room couch or make a fort with candles and popcorn while you work! If you're in the same place every day constantly working or sleeping you may ask yourself, "what's the point of being productive" or something like that. So please, go for a walk get fresh air as Rebecca said. treat yourself to something new so the next day you can wake up and say, "Oh, I have a new shirt that I really want to wear!" Then you might shower first, get your hair done, eat an aesthetic breakfast, etc... Ciao loves!~ :)
