"Not that I would, but I could" Dude! Be nice I just ate 2 Pints. (just found them and I haven't had Ice Cream for 8 months and I really did eat 2 pints) I haven't had a piece of bread or a french fry and don't care about them anymore, Ice Cream is different! Normally I don't stray from natural foods or outside my kitchen but this product really was a nice excursion (vacation) it gets a thumbs up from me. (Dessert for me is a properly prepared chunk of Pork Belly... better than a Snickers and cheaper too)

Rebel is the best keto ice cream hands down. The texture, flavor, and ingredients are on point 10/10. We just tried the Mint choc chip, cookie dough, and peanut butter fudge, they are all great.

There’s a coffee flavor from that brand, I absolutely loved it! chocolate and cookie dough is very good too, but the coffee was phenomenal and I did have it with a shot of espresso on top of quarter cup of the ice cream. It was wow! Try it if you’re coffee lover with any flavor.

Rebel is really the best. It’s as good as regular ice cream. My Whole Foods only carries those flavors, which is a bummer because I really want to try the others and I don’t want to buy tons at once online. Bro, I could scarf that pint and I would, but typically I limit myself to at most half the pint.

I have to order it online but it comes pretty quick - 48 hours? - and well packed. You do need to let it soften up to get the "full" experience. The chocolate was a dream come true! Ordered two pints on my second order. I never had a sweet tooth before, but a delicious and filling keto meal leaves me wanting something sweet, almost as a palate cleanser, if that makes sense. I can see myself always keeping some Rebel ice cream in my freezer.

I saw Rebel ice-cream for the first time today at Walmart. I tried Halo but considering the carb count, I figured I'd just regular ice-cream. However, after seeing Rebel, I decided to do some research. What I've read and and heard, it sounds like a nice alternative for us ice-cream junkies. Ice-cream is my go to comfort food.

This stuff is great. If you're questioning buying, buy it. Buy a couple flavors. I doubt any would disappoint especially if you have tried other keto ice creams. Good video as well

I tried the Mint Chocolate Chip and it was AMAZING. I’m not a big fan of the Halo Top. To me Rebel is just so much better, I loved the actual creaminess of their product. I will be sticking with Rebel now that I can buy it at my HyVee

That's quite the debate honestly. Id say it's better than sugar. The reality is that most sugar alcohols are not digested by the body. So they kind of pass through. Now whether or not that's a good thing is hard to say. Some people say that it triggers cravings. It really depends on the person.

I love Rebel Creamery. Chocolate is my absolute favorite. Also like the mint chip. The health food store near me carries six or seven flavors. Pricey but worth it!

I was told when a product has sugar alcohol over 5g you have to subtract half of it from the carbs so in this case it would be 10g carbs - 2g fiber -3.5g sugar alcohol =4.5g per serving which is 18g of net carbs for the whole pint

I've never heard of that rule. I think whomever came up with that idea is trying to limit sugar alcohols in their own diet, but that would be something that someone chooses to do as opposed to a hard rule. It also depends on the sweetener. Something like stevia with a glycemic index of 0 isnt going to impact blood sugar at all, ever. Erythritol has a glycemic index of 1, so basically the same thing. Where I see a rule like that being useful is something like xylitol with a glycemic index of 14. In enough concentration it will make a difference. For reference, sugar is around 60 GI

My favs are the chocolate and coffee chip. I also like the butter pecan. The stores don't carry strawberry 😔. The cookie dough I didn't like. It tasted like pecans.

Thanks for the review. I’ve tried the cookies and cream along with the cookie dough. I’m still relatively new to keto, but honestly, so far I find the rebel flavors that I’ve tried to be pretty horrible. Both flavors I mentioned have the flakey texture, which is a big deal for me. It helps remind me I’m eating “fake/healthier” ice cream. I really wanted to try the mint chocolate chip as I hoped the mint flavoring would really help out. It’s also my favorite flavor of ice cream. My local store was completely out, so at least I have hope that it’s a reasonably good taste. I’ll look for the chocolate next time as well. Overall, a lack of ice cream is my biggest downer of this lifestyle change. I can give up most junk, but messing with my ice cream is borderline unbearable.

This is the first low carb ice cream I have tried that doesn’t affect my blood sugar negatively! I love the flavors and texture. I’m also gluten intolerant, so it’s a great feeling being able to walk away from finishing a bowl of cookie dough ice cream and having zero regrets or worries about hurting my body.

I'm new to KETO, how are you getting "5g net cars per pint" (1:46 on time line)? I don't know how you came up with 5, but lets say you did get 5gs, dont you have to times it time 4 (since there are 4 servings)? please advise.

The number that they print on the front is for the whole pint. Its written in tiny font under it. If you look at the nutrition facts, net carbs are total carbs - fiber - sugar alcohol. So let's just say its 11 total carbs, 3 fiber, and 7 sugar alcohol. That would be 1 net carb. That would be per serving. Where this gets a bit tricky is nutrition info is rounded, so let's say its actually 11.2 total carbs and the same fiber and alcohol as above. You'd get 1.2 net per serving. But that would be 4.8 per pint which would round to 5.

Awesome review. I am so desperately trying to get my local ShopRite to get this into the store but they're saying so much bull it's annoying. But I'm going to try hard to get them to get it into stock and get some of my other friends to call them up and request the rebel. Since it's getting so much good reviews I'm anxious to try the peanut butter won the most. For me I'm guessing I'll just stick with a couple of spoonfuls for the day each day and that'll be fine LOL. My local store CVS has the Halo and I'm dying to try it but since it's not really keto friendly I don't want to spend a couple of bucks and something that I'm only going to eat a spoonful or two of a day. But if I were to get it out of desperation for ice cream LOL how many spoonfuls would you say of the Halo in any of the flavors would be safe to have for the day? And still stay in ketosis.
