Just found your channel, thank you for sharing your story. I'm researching keto before I start tomorrow and stumbled on your progress video, I believe it was 90 day transformation one. I'm also a SWE, graduated with Math BS and always been the chubby kid who played sports as well. School and work make it hard to not eat out of a brown paper bag as you say, but I am determined to stay healthy and get lean. I am sorry to hear about your experience but glad you survived that traumatic event. You're definitely here for a reason. Hope to watch more videos from you dude, keep rocking on.

Thank you for sharing your important story. Congratulations for your weight loss success and your exercise program. I have no willpower. I lost 40 lbs from January till when the March pandemic started. That’s when it stopped...and sadly I have regressed and gained 30 of it back. Bread is my weakness. I’m old (76), live alone, and see no one because of the covid issues. Everything is delivered to my front door. I have osteoarthritis and have had both hips replaced and suffer now+with extreme knee pain. The sharing of my personal story is done purposefully to maybe shame myself back to my regimen.

Well this was super fun! I really enjoyed this, Tom! You are an interesting guy with a lot of varied interests! I like how you don't insist that things can only be done one way. That drives me nuts. There are many different ways to lose weight and different things work for different people. Live and let live! Thanks for a great channel!

U really have such an incredible story to tell. I feel like a lot of ppl would benefit from u talking about appreciating life more. I know it’s so easy to take things for granted and I wish ppl could realize what a great life they have without something traumatic happening. I think u could really inspire a lot of ppl

Thanks for the video. I’m sorry you guys had to go through that trauma of that shooting! I definitely hear you about not wanting to deal with people. I am an introvert & am quite happy in our house on our acreage. I just quit working in May, my last position of 27 years, doing 12 to 16 hour days in a nearby town . I am now stress free and mostly anxiety free too. I am trying to learn I don’t have to push myself so hard now & can take things easier. I truly appreciate all the work you put into helping us here and have loved every recipe I’ve tried. Do you intermittently fast at all or have you in the past?

A doctor I know advised not to do keto for too long, he advised to switch it up with low carb high fat after every 6 months, so you don’t miss out on some macro nutrients.

It depends. If I'm on a cut yes, if I'm bulking no. Its really easy to over eat, for me at least.
