Thanks - should you put something like moly on the gears teeth when it goes back in ?

I don't think that would necessary. The flywheel is the home of the clutch.Grease or moly don't mix with clutch plates. The engagement of the starter is for such a short period of time. It will last for a very long time without lube. Thank for your comment. Greetings, Heiko

Hi Heiko - what is that "optima 0108" you had stuck to the side of the starter area cover? some enhancement to the ignition system? Thanks for the nice videos!

It is 12v to 5v usb charhing thing. It monitors the battery voltage and turns the usb port off when the battery voltage gets to low.

@@HeikosGarage Ah..ok...looked like it might have been coming from the coils and so couldn't imagine what that could have been.
