Reason why the bar is not pulling out is cause it pulled the frame rails in a tiny bit. You will have put it on a frame machine.

Could you remove the reinforcement bar off the car, take measurements beforehand, and put it in a press to bend it the other way, saves taking the car to a frame shop

That bar is actually the front bumper. Hence why it is strong.

Try building a steel frame that connects to the bar where it connects to the frame of the car. Then use a strong winch to try and pull it out straight.

Use a tree or a concrete pillar to pull out that aluminium bumper.

For $240 I would be replacing that bar by trying to straighten it you are weakening it and also potentially stretching the frame otherwise love the build

Your come along is way too light for your application. It's best to go rent a 3 or 5 ton industrial come along and find a couple large trees to park in between. Just a little suggestion from an industrial millwright in Edmonton, Canada. P.S. I love your vids and especially the pups.
