That isn't an example of a difficult salvage repair as it was pretty much all new panels, so was basically a spanner job plus a paint job. Either way, the finished car looks great 👌

Great work! If I were to critique anything it would be the paint coverage on the inside of the door. I know no one will see it, but it’s those little things that no one will probably ever see that distinguish a top auto body repair shop from the rest. The blend was great and the tear down was done with precision. Overall, excellent work.

I had a 2 year old truck that had some repairs done at the Toyota dealership. They had all kinds of certificates for matching paint colors, yet couldn't get the new fender to match the rest of the truck. The color was Hawaiian Blue which never was a popular color, but I liked it. Anyway, after wasting my time calling me to come look at it after 3 different paint tries, I finally went to the general manager and complained. They ended up repainting the entire truck, because they couldn't match it. That's what makes your repaid/repaint job so special. IT'S PERFECT!

Seeing how much detail and parts go into these rebuilds, I have no problem driving salvaged titled cars. Been doing it for years saving tens of thousands of dollars while still driving a nice car. Someone out there will be driving this salvaged titled Rolls Royce, and no one will know. My type of deal, keep of the good work guys 👍🏽

@@crisfiler6128 My family has bought many salvage cars since 1996. Out of 14 cars since 1996 only 2 were problems. That was early in the game. I now have a rebuilder that is awesome. His last 3 Cars were amazing. A 2019 Subaru WRX with optional Sti shifter and Air intake with 4,000 miles, 29k car for 16k (Both axles, Right fender , 2 front tires & wheels, and hood repairs). A 2018 Ford F150 KING Ranch, twin turbo V6, with 28,000 miles, 53k car for 30k ( damage was the whole driver’s side from front to back). A 2020 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 Premium XP package with 2000 miles, 47k car for 31k (damage was front and Right side, front all the way to & including the Water pump, Right inner and outer fender and a New hood). It’s all In the quality of the parts and the skill & experience of the rebuilder. My rebuilder does it as if this Is his car. He liked the KING ranch, so now he was working on a F150 (with frame damage) for himself. He Is replacing the frame on this one (purchased a used frame for $500 [five hundred] dollars). This was better than repairing the damaged one. How many bodymen have ever done this? Replacing parts Is one thing, doing the whole job Is another. Unless you know the history or track record/philosophy of your rebuilder and his Work ethic, don’t even think of buying a salvage car. I did get burned until I learned. Good Luck….Jim

@@jimpie231 Totally agree Jim, I've repaired cars that have needed whole front ends back to the bulkhead, roof skins and rear ends including complete boot floor sections. When they were taken for MOT certificate after, the tester couldn't tell where the car had been damaged. I was like your guy, meticulous and it had to be done right. Uunfortunately now in UK there's too many bad repairs being done hence why I wouldn't touch them.

I've watched a lot of rebuild car in X amount of time videos and all to often the footage that is used is a sped up version of the multiple videos in a series and the effect it has on the video is almost a motion sickness feeling because the camera angle is changing constantly but this was a joy to watch. Thought out camera angles and not to many jump cuts throughout. Awesome job guys and quality work on the car!

Drivers door no, rear door maybe. But you are talking about a RR, not a Mini :) Its also up to peoples preference, I personally would rather have a brand new door, than one that has had dents or repairs to it.

An original door is irreplaceable, the paint match and everything, and trust me professionals do such a perfect job that you would never even know it was there, like no body filler no paint etc. Paintless dent removal from a person who know what he's doing would be ideal in this scenario.
