The Honda S2000 is the most beautiful car Honda ever produced.

I like that you actually save them instead of parting out. There are way too many "part outs" in the S2000 community IMHO.

Where and how do you find wrecked cars that are a good candidate for restoration?
@SuperishMario2 жыл бұрын
Copart.com and IAAI.com

Question for the rebuild of the front did you buy all the parts at once or did you have to get them separate? By the way dope video love how the car came out
@SuperishMario2 жыл бұрын
I bought two OEM front fenders and then I ended up finding a good used pair for half the price so I sold the OEM set. I usually accumulate the parts separate until I have the main components and then I buy all the little stuff together to finish assembly

How much should i expect to pay for ap2 around this mileage at IAAI?
@SuperishMario4 жыл бұрын
Won that car for roughly 6k so I would expect you to buy one with similar damage and miles for closer to 7k with fees since values have shot up recently.

How much did the whole restoration cost? And how much did you get the car for? I’m looking to restore one myself.
@SuperishMario3 жыл бұрын
Don’t recall the entire cost associated with rebuilding it but I did most the mechanical work myself. I believe I purchased this car damaged close to the 7-8k range.

Nothing needed to be done to the engine? This is crazy.

Do u have a dealers license to purchase? And if I don't, can you recommend a way to buy?
@SuperishMario3 жыл бұрын
I go through a dealer that I’m close with. Usually brokers will charge about 200-250 if you purchase through them. You should have many to choose from in your area.

Was sourcing parts difficult for you? Im trying to restore front end damage and dont know where to start
@SuperishMario2 жыл бұрын
@@gilbertvidaurri2687 it’s not terribly hard to find parts, all depends if you need to pass a salvage police inspection after. If you don’t then FB marketplace has many people parting them out. For new parts I recommend Honda wholesale using a shop/dealer account
