I give you props for working in such a cold climate. I am spoiled here in Florida, and can ride almost all year long. Great detail on your builds, I am a Honda guy, and those Kawasaki's seems a bit of a headache to work on.

Nice build! Maybe I´m wrong but it seems like you are missing the white plastic spacer between the steering damper and the steering damper mount. Looks like the damper is touching the triple tree lock nut :)

You sir are right! Thanks for pointing that out. Took the entire bike apart, of course I was bound to miss something, happy it’s just the damper spacer lol 😆

IDK if you will see this but man love the videos! Im rebuilding my zx6r and i cant seem to figure out why it will not idle or rev. I replaced the old carb, added new spark plugs, new oil, new gas, new battery... Im starting to feel defeated.. Any ideas why I could be having this problem?

Thank you! Hard to say but if it’s not idling or reving, it’s usually fuel related.

This paint job isn`t very well, a lot of chips, orange peel, etc. You should previously wet sand the clearcoat, and than polish it. The effect would be much better than it is already. And don`t get me wrong, but red motorcycle and green stripes on wheels aren`t good match.

Then don’t watch this… I’ll use my spray guns the way I want to. I am satisfied with how my parts turn out and that’s all that matters. I suggest you get a spray gun for your self and use it how you want 😉
