@@DaveRebuilds Personally, I wouldn't be too focussed on the BHP figure. Even Ricky from LLF with 1900BHP started a video by acknowledging guys in the States have even more... There will always be someone who has more. Stage 4.25 seems to be the most popular level, best bang for buck. I'll have a GTR one day... Bet you're so excited for the first drive!

that scottish scenery was epic! really agree with the selling the fiesta and making that GTR become an absolute monster for sure. certainly with the 5hour trip one way just to pick up parts for the GTR i think its best to put all your time and effort into it, although i still love all your content you put out even if it is only a fiesta :)

I would be very tempted to put the fiesta as a sleeper but I also want to see the GT,R finished oh the dilemma sale the fiesta and get the GT,R sorted out but I did like the lime green wrap with the black roof & bonnet, but that was a great move to get rid of all that rubbish tinting on the windows and lights and yes at 6' foot 6" you wouldn't be abal to see a thing out the windscreen, great video thank you.

Oh don’t worry, the GTR is getting finished either way. The choice is between sleeper the ST or mod and tune the GTR to 1000bhp. Apologies if I didn’t explain that fully in the vid 👍🏻😃

It's an ST so never really a sleeper. You should de-ST it by removing the skirts and fitting base model bumpers. 👍

I'd like to see you turn the Fiesta into a sleeper..👍 You can get surprisingly big power out of the little 1.6 Ecoboost with full bolt-ons and a decent map, but anything upwards of 300-350bhp and you're potentially getting into building the engine, which can start getting expensive....but serious fun. I'd recommend talking to Ross at Laird Performance in Glasgow, one of the best reputation tuners for the Fiesta ST180 in the country.

If it does, it'll be a snug fit, but would be the ultimate sleeper. Ford wise, you deffo wouldn't fit the V8 Mustang engine in, so the RS is the next powerful engine right?

I’ve a bit of a sleeper - BMW 335i M Touring. Lots of possibilities for modding easily up to 450 BHp and beyond. Huge number of KZbin videos on maintenance and modding because: A: it’s very common in the USA B: completely unreliable 😬 Although after 110K miles from new, I’ve not had too many problems.

If it was me I would flip it and invest funds in GTR. The Fiesta ST could never be a sleeper in my opinion as there are too many body parts that identify it as an ST but a Zetec S could easily be turned into the ultimate sleeper as no one would expect it to disappear down the road.

It’s a stolen recovered car so I assume the previous owner was too high and drunk to drive it so let it go to the insurance company 😂

Can you really make a sleeper from an ST? When we did them you'd get something like a MK2 Escort 1.3L, upgrade the engine, brakes and suspension, might put wider steel wheels on it but it still looked like a bog standard 1.3L and therefore no threat to the big boys toys. No matter what you do that ST is still going to look like a hot hatch. What you need is a base Fiesta and swap the mechanicals over, then you'll have a proper sleeper.... 😂

Sleeper all day!!! Absolutely standard on the outside, well maybe lowered with spacers and set of Team dynamics. The engine and gearbox in these can take a lot of horse-power. 😉

Flip it,,,no point making a sleeper out of the st, only because i think they look stock as they are, bar from a few little tweaks here an there fiesta st doesn't look any different to a standard fiesta! Just my opinion,,, see that's the problem with modern day cars, you could always tell the difference between a standard mk1 mk2 escort an a mexico or rs 2000 for example!
