The lightech adjusters are amazing. I've got them on my current R1M. Had them on my previous R1. Nearly my one must! I need to get some for my MT10.
@oneLАй бұрын
Yeah they will be a default for me from now on!

Having watched you on the race track, may be you should leave the clever electronic stuff on the bike, until you get used to it lol . . . Have a nice Christmas
@oneLАй бұрын
lol yeah I’m Not overly quick….aside from abs I’ll have all rider aids enabled 😂. Enjoy your Xmas

Hey there! I stared watching your channel a few months ago and I really enjoy the content. Keep up the good work. I am curious as to how you financially make this all work. I am guessing that some of the builds get sold but several tens of thousands of dollars is a lot. Don’t mean to be nosy or rude. Honestly I am working towards being able to do rebuilds of my own and you seem to have it figured out. Again love the channel. Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year.

Thx Colin, tbh it’s still a hobby, I have a ft job….most bikes lose 1-2000$$$ so one day hope to gain that back in KZbin…

another great build. 2 quick questions. 1) which Domino grips are those? 2) whats the lubricant you use to put them easy? (smth like WD-40? )
@oneLАй бұрын
1. They’re the standard race bike dominos but really hard to find yellow anymore… 2. Hair spray 😂… seriously

I think that in 2025 your channel will get to 50K subscribers. Keep up the good work.

For your bext build it would be so cool to do a older bike. Say something like a ducati 916 or honda sp1

Bidding on a 1098s at the moment 🤞
@snappers_antique_firearmsАй бұрын
@oneL 😍 I really hope you get it. Would love to watch that. The 1098/1198/848 to me is the sexiest bike Design ever made. I have a 848evo. just got done doing a full refresh of the bike and motor. I found a 1098 engine that I will be putting in it Eventually. they are fun and fairly easy bikes to work on. Highly recommend getting software like tuneecu. For less the $50 in cables and software. you can reset Dealer Services. calibrate things like the Throttle position sensor. even do fuel mapping and remove and turn off Emission sensors. Best of luck.

So another track bike Ken ?
@oneLАй бұрын
Both ideally. Track build first then make it my roadie…cost to change will be dependant on views. Already have some road parts on the shelves!

i never understood washing a bike with water...completely useless and unnecessary unless you dumped the bike into a mud.
@oneLАй бұрын
The camera doesn't show it but it was thick with chain muck.....needed a pressure wash. Will get detail wash prior to finishing....
@wrxzboostАй бұрын
@@oneL water and grease don't mix and water alone does nothing to grease. try washing greasy hands with water alone, doesn't work.
@oneLАй бұрын
@ won’t argue with you there! You still need pressure to get rid of the majority…
