@ because of a thing called experience and likely hood. Who is more likely to get shot ? A guy in the mob or a pastor ? Doesn’t mean the pastor can’t get shot but the chances are that the mobster is far more likely to get shot. I care because I’m a fellow rider and we hate to see people go down especially without gear. I had too many buddies go down and suffer far worse damage due to not having gear. Not saying i never squid before but after 13 years of riding I went down and slide over 10 yards and i was able to walk away and even ride home vs having a fully skint up back and needing a skin graph had i not had proper gear. Youd be surprised at what advice goes into the back of people minds even from strangers on youtube: if you could give a fuck why comment yourself?

I totaled my first bike after picking up some type of oil from a construction site. Thankfully was able to walk away, recovery was painful but I’m whole. Lesson learned I don’t ride without gear even if it’s a short trip 💯

Thank god I had partial gear on because I slid on my back for like 15 yards. I didn’t have my normal boots on and I fractured my foot and dislocated my big toe. I used to squid a lot back in the day but I seen so many homies go down, enough road rash i get Squamish when I cook kbbq pork belly lmao. Just not worth the painful recovery and skin graphs.
