The green paint is the way to go. Make it easy on yourself and just do a matte PPF so that way you get the look and the protection without the insane headache.

I have a matte Selenite Gray Magno AMG GTC and I can tell you the paint is amazing. Really accentuates all the sculpting of the body lines. I wrapped the front 3/4 of the car in XPEL Stealth matte PPF and you can’t tell the difference between what’s wrapped vs. not. Highly recommend, don’t want to be paranoid about any scratches, as it requires a full respray.

Best idea for the paint. Go with either of the two colors, you pick, then do a standard gloss finish. Then, get a full body matt wrap on the car. It will be protected and matt finish! Win win🎉

I love the green, it's the way to go. If the matte is too much of a headache to spray, just do the high gloss. It will still look amazing. Love the channel, been watching since y'all did the Jeep Wrangler frame swap years ago. Keep up the good work.

Go with the classy original grey. If you want matte green, wrap it. You can't fix flaws in the matte green paint. Too much hassle.

The Matte green looks quite nice, really stands out, but near where we live theres one of those Merc's in town (GTS version) in that grey, and to be honest it does look stunning. So personally as you say due to the less maintenance and the fact that it looks real sexy, Id personally pick the GREY. If I were yall, I would do green base with gloss clear, then sand flat, then spray all FLAT CLEAR in one full session to get the same result all over . (One big stirred batch) . Also maybe a dual sprayer session. Both brothers to keep the edges wet.

Try to avoid hammering directly against the dolly. When you do that you stretch the metal. Stretched metal makes the worked area bulge in one direction or the other, or pop in and out called oil-canning. Once you reach that point you’ll need to shrink the area to reabsorb the extra metal caused by the hammer on dolly. It’s generally preferable to use the dolly behind the low spots while hammering down the high spots so you avoid stretching the panel and causing you more work.
