Rebuilding A Wrecked Stinger GT2 For My Dad (Part 4)

While parts arrive slowly from Kia, we started to finalize the suspension and after a long evening I finally got that knuckle on the rear right side suspension. It was way tougher than i expected lining all those bolt holes up correctly. After that we did some exhaust work to try and fix the noise for the car but turns out the engine was running so loud and rough due to PLASTIC in the throttle body....MAN after we fixed out boost leak she now runs so smooth, but i cant get the tachometer or temp gauge to give me any readings so if anyone has an idea for those LMK thank you! CJ, did you have all the suspension compressed when you tightened all the bolts, It's a good idea to do it this way as it stops the bushes from being torn when the car is back on all wheels...

Right jason, very well could be, im curious is the fault has something to do with al the aftermarket stuff hooked up to the engine harness. Along with the whole other module on the fuse box

Be careful with that super clean on interior stuff and paint. It will eat. I would dilute it quite a bit before using on interior. It strips any protection on the surface of whatever you are using it on. I would definitely follow up with some kind of protectant like Aerospace 303 on the interior parts as it it has UV inhibitors. If you use it on painted stuff like clear coated wheels or other painted surfaces make sure you follow with some kind of paint protectant like wax, sealant or coating.

Love the bike content. But the reason the car not working is because it’s a KIA. Lol. Sorry but should have at least got a Honda or Toyota. Kia and Hyundai are a big no go.
