I have no idea if you will see my comment, but I paused the video halfway through when you are talking about feeling insecure to share some genuine thoughts I (also a childless cat lady in her early 30s) have had while watching up until this point: 1. Wow, her hair is looking so healthy! Even though she has thin/fine hair like me, it looks so silky and thick, especially at the scalp! I wish my thin/fine hair looked as healthy as hers 🥺 2. Oh my goodness, I LOVE that dress! She pulls it off so well! She looks so fit and healthy. I need to workout more and maybe someday I will be able to pull off a dress like that. 3. She is so good at doing simple makeup looks! I need to put more effort in, even if it's just a little mascara.. 4. Where did she get those incredible earrings?? 🌸🌸 5. She is so confident while ordering food at the deli! I would have just taken whatever scraps of meat they threw at me 😂 I need to be more confident! I spent the video fangirling over how confident and beautiful you are, meanwhile you spent the time editing worrying about your insecurities. This just proves to me that we are all our own worst critics!! Let's all try to pay less attention to that critical voice inside our heads 🙅‍♀🙉 Anyways, love ya girl! On with the video!

Just putting here again in case you see it -- there are easier and equally delicious artisanal breads to make that don't use a sourdough starter, such as focaccia, ciabatta, or a boule style country bread. they use yeast. You'll still learn a ton about kneading and shaping, which is no joke! Might be a bread baking style that fits better into your schedule :)

Gordito is one of the prettiest cats I have ever seen and I've had cats all my life, at one time 32 of them at the same time. Also, that facial looked so relaxing, sometimes we are surprised by these little things, how much they can boost our moods, it's not the superficiality, but the whole experience, the pampering (and i am pretty sure the human aspect goes along with it that if the person who gives you the service really has good intentions, it totally translates) and taking care of. I mean I love cooking but if someone cooks for me, that just takes me back to when I was being cooked for by my mom or granny. It's just the care by someone else...I am telling you it's the little things. I really loved the music you chose for this video, lovely vibes in all the different scenes.

one of my fave meal prepping / grocery shopping tips is that basically whenever you're in a cooking rut, pretend you're running your favorite fast-casual restaurant and shop/prep that way. For example, I love CAVA, so I specifically buy ingredients / things to make my go-to CAVA meals - chicken, tzaziki, cucumber, tomatoes, rice, hummus, etc. You can mix and match (ex: put it in a pita or have it as a bowl over rice or as a salad, etc.) and you're not prepping FULL meals, just ingredients.

Since i dropped flours and sugar I’ve meal prepped. I just cut up vegs, cook grains, and have a few days worth in the fridge. I portion fresh fish and freeze it, and take out a piece for each evening. Im on a reducing plan and i measure all the portions. Somuch easier than trying to come up with something nightly when im tired. Only takes about 15 mins to make a meal. The babies are just gorgeous!! Love you going out to events, and you always look beautiful!

Chelsea you can keep sourdough starter in the fridge and then you only have to take it out around once a week to feed it and make the bread! I’ve never started a sourdough culture from scratch (I got mine from my coworker) but once the starter is ready you could switch from the counter method to the fridge method and it makes feeding and maintenance so much easier!

Maybe you don’t want to do this, but I think the future Vlog idea could be just about your career. What does it mean having an agent? What does your agent do for you? You’ve talked about it a few times and you talk about other influencers and you’ve met with them which is really interesting to me, I’m just curious to learn more about what an agent does or how you build your career outside of KZbin etc. Just some ideas for the future future! Love your channel. Keep it up. Great work. Regarding your sourdough starter- just keep trying! I totally agree that failing is not the issue. It’s learning from your failure. That’s really makes a difference. There’s a meme or article There’s talked about failures. all of Lincoln‘s failures but that made him the man who was able to end slavery. I will fail all day every day as long as it makes me better and I don’t fail at the same thing over and over!

Here in Sweden, we have Pick 'n mix in literally EVERY supermarket or place you can buy groceries, apart from all the candy stores. It's estimated that we eat about 16-20 kg per person every year.
