Rebuilding my 1.8 20vt after sending it a little too hard

In this video my 20vt engine gets rebuilt. I show the engine breakdown to see what happened. RInglandings left the chat. Got it rebuilt fairly quickly and it's good to be back in action.
I join a friend to do some tandem engine break ins and then I mess around with some wheels.

I figured it had to be with compression the way it was smoking thats what i ment it wont be bad pity about the pistons thou common problem on the 2e block but normally of to much comp and high revving maybe you should a comp test and use a lower comp piston in ur 2nd block that should higher boost

It's a VR6 gearbox mount. Poly inserted rear mount and solid front mount.

What's the weight on the Enkei wheels?

I'm not sure. Didn't get to weigh them without the tyres on. But they're pretty light. In my rush I didnt weigh the race wheels either.

Mine melted all 4 pistons fuel pump lost pressure under boost in topend not nice

That's horrible man, sorry to hear. I need to add a fuel pressure sensor for that reason. I'm still running a old Kjet pump, I'm pushing my luck.

@@lowdl best is to do surge tank. I ran similar engine setup as yours smaller turbo i think and spitronics ecu. But iam going fully forge now with cams and revkit hopefully big power for a street car and a heavy car where can i buy forge pistons 23mm

I hate to break it to you brother, BUTTT, You're engine is broke in on dyno , the only thing that comes in contact with another are piston rings and sidewalls, YOURE PISTONS BROKE BECAUSE YOURE ENGINE BUILDER DID NOT GAP THE RINGS CORRECTLY! YOURE AFR% WAS NEAR PERFECT

Absolutely nailed it. Those piston crowns are in mint condition to have been exposed to pre-detonation, nice way to to shift blame and cover their ass*s.
