I propose a middle ground regarding the pre contracts. You can make as many as you want, but only up to a certain rating. This means that for example if the overall of your team is around 80-81 you can make pre contract transfers of players with a rating up to a 83-84. This way you will be able to make your favorite pre-contracts and it will prevent transfers like 92 oblak to a mid table team or 81 bernard to a serie b side. Also this time you overdid it, what is the challenge in the rebuilds if you pre-contract your way out of difficult situations?
