My worst injury would be one of the two: while rowing my finger got stuck between the side of the boat and the oar and it punched a hole in the nail, it was flesh in the middle and regular nail all around. Now this only hurt if anything would touch that part but otherwise it was kinda okayish. However, when something did touch that middle part it was... tears. The second was jumping off a 6 foot tall platform that was on top of a super grassy hill - my drunken self wanted to slide down the hill but instead I just sat there laughing. It's been 12 years and I still can't sit without pain.

Most times that’s how protected picks work. Teams can negotiate further protections. For example the Cavs got their lottery protected pick last year back. This year since the Cavs made the playoffs the Pacers get the pick. Had it not been conveyed this year it would’ve become 2 second round picks.

Worst injury was broken ribs and other than that just a torn meniscus. Ribs were bc our offensive line was so bad in middle school, I was a QB, and I got sacked....get this....ON A HANDOFF! Yeah blasted in the back by a defensive tackle that apparently teleported thru the trash center. Dude landed shoulder first into my back with all his weight and to avoid fumbling I pulled the ball in and landed directly on it under my shoulder pads. Couldn't breathe for a solid couple minutes. The meniscus was actually the following summer in AAU ball. Set up an inbounds play for me at the end of the game, I cut out to midcourt like just a normal inbounds, planted and cut straight back full speed towards the basket. Goal being to get me a running start to the lane. Full speed, COOKED the kid and he knew it so what's he do? Sticks out his leg to trip me and we bash knee caps with mine obviously getting the worst of it bc I ate shit and banged it on the court too.
