It blows me away that she showed NO emotion towards the horrendous murders of children, that she's living in a home where murdered people were found and not even a tear about her mom. Prior asking the detective or trying to blast him for making light of Tammys passing but yet no-one has made more light of it than Emma. So disgusting! It's also not their job to chase the family for autopsy results. The police said they had reached out several times.

I would not want Emma to be anywhere near my child. Especially after watching her on the witness stand. A "religious woman" swore an oath, and absolutely misrepresented facts and situations ( lied in front of America and her God). Also, her dad "sees dead people" and murders his mistresses' kids and buries them in his back yard, while he lies to his eventually murdered wife. Too many icky things happen around this family.

I hope that these people who swore to tell the truth, and have been proven to have committed perjury will be held accountable for their decisions. If the police had paid attention to CHARLES VALLOW, and held Lori Daybell accountable for her actions, none of this would have happened. I hope the prosecutors and judge will learn from these mistakes and not ignore these adult children lying. Who knows what they could be capable of in the future.

The hardest day of this trial so far, was to hear the robotic, rehearsed and monotone answers of Emma. The only emotion was the contempt and bitterness towards prosecution and law enforcement! Emma even had contempt for her dead MOTHER! All in a pathetic and futile attempt to defend her dad. Wonder if she will one day see what her dad has done, and she and her husband will be haunted by their words and actions throughout the proceedings!

These are not CHILDREN! These are adults. Emma is a married WOMAN with children of her own. She is not a little girl, as much as sticking her tongue out at people implies that. When he handed Emma the victim’s help numbers, she seemed to be surprised. She knows she’s not a victim here. Something is wrong.

Gotta say, I wouldn't have let ANYONE off Subpoena protocols in this case. That's one thing I've been questioning about the Prosecution from the beginning of this case. How were they to predict who would be important to call back, ESPECIALLY law enforcement.

Why is it a big deal if family not told about exhumation? Especially with the circumstances. And what is the big deal about the police trying to inform family of autopsy findings? The police tried and family didn't appear to want the info. That wasn't the PD's fault. Prior keeps bringing it up.

I don’t believe Emma was in on this. She has major trauma going on here. She didn’t trust the police. For good reason. She trusts her dad….when experiencing trauma you feel like chaos is in your brain. You forget things; you distrust people. Especially if her father is manipulating her. She did not trust the police for good reason? Because they has the audacity to dig up her Dad´s back yard and drove by the property during day light hours? Or that the officer was very kind when he approached her to explain the autopsy results? Emma got a lot of issues, the police did not cause that, she can thank her criminal delusional father for that. My guess is that her issues go even deeper, again, Chad might be the cause ´. As he clearly stated " My kids can keep secrets" Draw your own conclusions.
