I wonder why Mr Prior calls the Judge, "Judge," rather than "Your Honor"? It would be funny if the Judge called Mr Prior, "Lawyer."

Much respect to Dr. Christensen and Medical Examiner Office in Utah. Dr. Todd Gray was charged with the autopsy in my son's death, and I was completely ignorant about the process at the time. I had assumed that they would basically do what a surgeon might in an operating room and then once that was complete we would have the answers even before burial. What I didn't understand is that it takes more than just the examination. In our situation, it took months to have a suggested cause of death. I didn't see the other testimony of Dr. Christensen, but in this the only thing as a juror I might want to know is on the inflammation of the lung issue, if it could have been a _contributing_ factor in Tammy's cause of death. But I don't know if that had been clearly ruled out in this testimony so if I had to decide if it was possible something other than homicide played a role in her death, I'd have liked that clarified. I imagine that since he said it was normal to have inflammation, that it also suggests that it was not contributory. And even if it was contributory, the primary cause of death still did not appear to have any natural, toxicology, or cause besides intentional from what I understood. I really am grateful there is a thorough trial and that such professional people such as Dr. Christensen were involved. I hope that Tammy, Tylee, and JJ and all those who truly love them are able to have peace and this process finds a way for justice to be served in their behalf.

As much as we all shudder and cringe at Pryors behavior-hasn't anyone realized that his behavior actually provides the faulty foil for the support of the Prosecution. He also solidifies the facts into place in order to circumvent future appeals. He must be SICK of this case and SICK of Chad. He DID ask to get out of this job because there was no more of Tammy's life insurance-blood splashed all over this case from his (alleged)murder of his former wife.

Yeah people forget he really tried to get out of it. Who would want to defend Chad lol. Lori's lawyers were just as weak. They know the evidence is heavy against their clients.

Chad had two children, one dismembered, both burned and buried on his property. And a short time later was pictured dancing on a beach in Hawaii. If he was innocent, he'd want to testify on the stand. Chad knows what time it is.

I'm not a lawyer but I have would have liked Dr. Christensen asked HOW he made sure that all the additional information to the autopsy information didn't lead him to an unscientific or untruthful conclusion. What are the methods he uses in his work to make sure the additional information doesn't guide his conclusions inappropriately?
