Rec Room Liminal Spaces

YIPPEE, more liminal spaces when im in a place alone i always feel like somebody is watching me, even in video games. this has influenced my anxiety and nightmares in many ways. i occasionally hallucinate a shadow figure in my peripheral vision, but when i look, there is nothing. my nightmares are always me walking around my empty house at night, looking around. i always find people in rooms, just, staring
