Being a BRIT, in the UK and a new subscriber......I humbly thank you Sir, for your inspirational videos. Your time spent here, has been appreciated and valued from over the pond, from your brother in the UK. (Your wonderful videos have saved me so, so much time out wild camping) Your channel? ''OUTSTANDING!'' PS. I here ya, about your videos. I leave your playlists running through the night when at home, for my Siberian Husky to catch up on, on re-runs!!! The 'background birdsong' soothes even him!! Soooo....as a gesture of goodwill, point me in the direction of a PO Box for you, and I'll send you some fantastic 'Nescafe ALTA RICA' Gold Blend!! It......rocks a campfire, sir!! Until then.......peace, keep inspiring and faith, hope and charity for all. ;) Cheers from England, from Karl and Storm (My Siberian Husky)

Some of the builds you have shared could really be a life saver if we ever found ourselves in a situation where you had to survive for a indefinite period of time on the move, due to many possible scenarios. Shelter brings a sense of calm, confidence that you can make it and, safety from the elements. You have provided some exceptional ideas and have done a phenomenal job in teaching us how to construct them. Thank You and keep it up! Rabbi Moshe

Corporal Kelly, don't let the haters slow you down! Your videos are very instructional and therefore it really doesn't make any difference where the wood comes from in theory. Sir Respectfully, thank you for all of your videos & educational videos & for your time, energy, efforts, all spent on us all, & God bless you for all you've done, for your services, & for still continuing to lead the way"! & To all who see, thank you for supporting him & for being here today, & Yes, I know, I don't usually comment often, however, I am now, & I've had as a must to show my appreciation for him & you all who help to keep our community / his channel known. I happen to look up to mentors like him & I've learned a lot from him & if not for him, this southern boy, wouldn't even be here to write you, he's saved life's from afar, & cared to teach us alot that the system failed us & didn't teach us, that we should have known, & yes I am leaving a comment for KZbin as well, making it known, I speak on behalf of the ones to scared to write this or for this who just don't know if KZbin will kick them, I'm telling you something, I've been on the darker sides of the moon & seem what KZbin can do, Speak up & share & embrace the natural side of life you got going on to want to support our hero's / leaders like Corporals corn / Bushcraft, & hold fast, don't get discouraged, just because, a few tiny fears are weighted, I'm one who already explored what can happen, it's not much & espectfully if your careful with wording. Rather your growing a channel, or just wanting to speak up / drop a comment / like / share, or both, KZbin won't hold that against you, & I am testifying this today, Thank you btw for those who has served & lead the way & for those serving now, God bless you as well ! & To all who see, I hope your all taking very good care. See you next time Sir's & Ma'am's, again. Respectfully, / Sincerely. Signed : Paul~

You know... even if you do reuse some wood pieces... so what? Point of the video is to educate how to build different structures and to expand the mind of the multiple methods you can use. So screw the critics. It's most likely people that have never primitive camped before or spent much time outdoors, aside from a day walking pre-made trails at a state park. 🙄 Keep up the great work brother!

Best comment I heard in a while; it's my first day on the job, ask my supervisor. LOL
@mrd86443 жыл бұрын
I love the way you answer critics LOL I don't think people quite understand how much work an ex-military person can actually get done in a day. Furthermore, who the hell cares whether it takes you one day or one week, it's an educational program and you're providing incredibly valuable content. Because if the shtf does hit the fan, as some are predicting, people are going to need to know some of these skills.
@lenvogel43953 жыл бұрын
I don’t care if the poles are in your truck or not. No one else share this type of useful and interesting content so consistently, not even close. Common sense tells me that if some poles were cut for a previous build that they would be great candidates for repurpose. That’s something I would do if I was in the same business. Anyway, as long as you continue to innovate with these projects, I will remain a fan.

When I was in Nam every man had their own way of quickly setting up a hootch. I used 2 ponchos snapped together with the hoods tied shut, I closed off the head end with a piece of 4’ x 5’ plastic sheet. I used an air mattress and a poncho liner. I was a scout dog handler and on log day my pack weighed close to 90 lbs. carrying water and rations for my dog and myself. I’d like to see you do the double poncho setup just for old time sake….it’s been 50 years…lol
@jingles71173 жыл бұрын
@@asmith7876 Nam was an accelerated lift to reality. That one year was filled with so many experiences that it dwarfs every other year of my life. So many extreme emotions that both excite me and haunt me at the same time. My K9 Prinz was the best part of it all. I never understood what a fantastic relationship a handler could have with his animal. I would setup my hooch feed my dog and go to bed atop that G.I. air mattress soaked to the bone from the monsoon. I’d pull my poncho liner over me and Prinz and we’d wake up almost completely dry. One of those simple pleasures that brought me some comfort. My hooch took about 10 minutes to set up and I’m convinced that it was the most convenient shelter for the climate and terrain. I want to see if the corporal agrees…lol
