RECAP: Individual Event 3 - 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games

It was time for individual athletes to go for a run in the third event of the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games.
Heat 3 of the men’s 550-yard sprint event set the top five times to beat, with Brazil’s Gui Malheiros 🇧🇷 leading the pack. Bjorgvin Karl Gudmundsson 🇮🇸 and Canadians Alex Vigneault 🇨🇦 and Brent Fikowski 🇨🇦 were ready to take the field in the final heat. Would Malheiros be able to hang on to his first event win?
On the women’s side, former track stars Brooke Wells 🇺🇸 and Tia-Clair Toomey 🇦🇺 were heavy favorites to win the event. Did they meet expectations?
