In 2008 in Canada, a 44 year old man named Vince Li was taking a greyhound (bus) and cut the head off of the guy sitting next to him (22 year old Timothy Mclean). The bus got cleared off and before police arrived he was walking up and down the bus aisles and taunting the people outside with the head. He cut up other parts of his body and ate pieces of him. When he went to trial he was found to not be criminally responsible because he was schizophrenic and wasn't medicated.. anyways, in 2015 he was released. And that was for murder and cannibalism..

I’m sorry but it’s 1000% ridiculous that those two are free now. Absolutely 1000% pure BS! You can’t rehab that type of monster. They literally meant to take that little girls life, they’re FRIENDS life!! They even SPENT THE NIGHT AT HER HOUSE the night prior to the tragedy. They left her there to pass! It’s a miracle she didn’t. For all intents and purposes they should have a body on them! And should be treated as such!! Because the victim lived means it’s not that bad and they can get out? That’s stupid. They should be doing life cus god knows they ruined that little girls life. IMO if they wanted to show that they rehabbed and aren’t like that anymore then instead of being set FREE into the world they should have been sent to where they belong and that’s PRISON! I bet you 1000% that had they had a hearing to see if they were “Well” enough to go to prison now they’d be screaming, arguing, flailing to “Prove” that they’re still crazy. If the courts want to set these little monsters free into the world then they should be responsible for anything that they do while being free. If they mess up then it should reflect back on the court, I can promise you that if that were a thing then these little monsters would have been buried and sent to prison already and none of this BS. Lastly and yes I mean to also play this… if they’re race were ANYTHING else then what they are and the same crime committed you think they get released? I sure as **** don’t. Bs all around and everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves for letting these KILLERS out into the world.

I agree. Yes she might be good now, because she had been institutionalised, surrounded by professional care givers. What if she stops her meds, can't deal with the pressure of the world and she hurts someone again or even worse? People are not going to treat her as normal. I for one will fear her. I had a friend whose daughter has various mental health issues. Everyone around her was very nice and had the little girl over for playdates, often babysitting her etc. She started to get obsessed with the mothers of her friends and claimed she was SA by a few of them. She wasn't, it was all in her head. It ruined those women's lives. Especially the one woman who was charged with SA. My friend obviously believed her daughter. A few years later her daughter admitted that she told lies. She heard about her older sister who was really assaulted by a male neighbour years ago and decided to make it her story too. What put me off from my friend is that she never went back to that town and told that women her daughter lied. It's a small town, you can imagine the gossip.
