She was given the medication she needed at the time and her illness either remissioned or it was childhood-specific. She was treated like a child because she was a child. She doesn’t now need to slip on over to adult prison. Her disability would likely be triggered all over again. And the cycle continues. All children deserve a second chance.

In 2008 in Canada, a 44 year old man named Vince Li was taking a greyhound (bus) and cut the head off of the guy sitting next to him (22 year old Timothy Mclean). The bus got cleared off and before police arrived he was walking up and down the bus aisles and taunting the people outside with the head. He cut up other parts of his body and ate pieces of him. When he went to trial he was found to not be criminally responsible because he was schizophrenic and wasn't medicated.. anyways, in 2015 he was released. And that was for murder and cannibalism..

I honestly don't get what is going on. One of the Wagner brothers, who shot five people dead got 32 years last week, the mother Angela, who was/is the mastermind only got 30 years. Geyser gets out now, even though she lied repeatedly, proving that she would do anything to get out, hinting at the fact that she still has a dubious character. Other people have non-violent drug offenses and get locked away far longer. What is going on????

I’m sorry but it’s 1000% ridiculous that those two are free now. Absolutely 1000% pure BS! You can’t rehab that type of monster. They literally meant to take that little girls life, they’re FRIENDS life!! They even SPENT THE NIGHT AT HER HOUSE the night prior to the tragedy. They left her there to pass! It’s a miracle she didn’t. For all intents and purposes they should have a body on them! And should be treated as such!! Because the victim lived means it’s not that bad and they can get out? That’s stupid. They should be doing life cus god knows they ruined that little girls life. IMO if they wanted to show that they rehabbed and aren’t like that anymore then instead of being set FREE into the world they should have been sent to where they belong and that’s PRISON! I bet you 1000% that had they had a hearing to see if they were “Well” enough to go to prison now they’d be screaming, arguing, flailing to “Prove” that they’re still crazy. If the courts want to set these little monsters free into the world then they should be responsible for anything that they do while being free. If they mess up then it should reflect back on the court, I can promise you that if that were a thing then these little monsters would have been buried and sent to prison already and none of this BS. Lastly and yes I mean to also play this… if they’re race were ANYTHING else then what they are and the same crime committed you think they get released? I sure as **** don’t. Bs all around and everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves for letting these KILLERS out into the world.

I agree. Yes she might be good now, because she had been institutionalised, surrounded by professional care givers. What if she stops her meds, can't deal with the pressure of the world and she hurts someone again or even worse? People are not going to treat her as normal. I for one will fear her. I had a friend whose daughter has various mental health issues. Everyone around her was very nice and had the little girl over for playdates, often babysitting her etc. She started to get obsessed with the mothers of her friends and claimed she was SA by a few of them. She wasn't, it was all in her head. It ruined those women's lives. Especially the one woman who was charged with SA. My friend obviously believed her daughter. A few years later her daughter admitted that she told lies. She heard about her older sister who was really assaulted by a male neighbour years ago and decided to make it her story too. What put me off from my friend is that she never went back to that town and told that women her daughter lied. It's a small town, you can imagine the gossip.

Yikes anyone that watches Morgan’s interrogation will see she was very, very sick. I sure hope they are right about her improved mental status. Kind of scary.

There were early warning signs that something was wrong with Morgan but the parents decided to look the other way! 🤬🤬The school has informed the parents several times!!!! The poor innocent girl only survived because she was found just in time !!! To this day Morgan has shown no remorse no empathy NOTHING !!!! It's unbelievable that she is being let loose on society again!!! I don't want her in my community! I'm sorry Morgan has mental illnesses, no one chooses them , but that doesn't mean they should be set free !!!! I really hope that there will be no more victims!!!! Otherwise we know who is to blame, THE PEOPLE who made it possible for Morgan to be released!!! Please god don't let it come to this 🙏

The parents should of been charged and sentenced to prison for aiding in their daughter's behaviour and not monitoring them closer on social media, and maybe these 2 girls wouldn't have attacked another girl stabbing her 19 times, and now playing the system to get released.

If she claims she faked the symptoms, it seems like she was trying to get out... It's likely that she was experiencing symptoms at the time.

Ugh. Morgan needs to be in a hospital still. Just because the other girl got conditional release doesn’t mean she can or is even ready. She only claimed to fake it to try and get out sooner.

Can someone please explain to me how a "group home" as a legal adult is even part of her release plan? I'm asking. I have followed this case for years and I am lost on that one.

Her victim has to live with life long medical issues. The least the law could do is make her serve her full term.

This isn’t confusing. People with schizophrenia and/or schizotypal disorder (sometimes) don’t know whether they’re coming or going when they’re in a psychotic state and in the time after. Their memory can be affected. She might not even have insight into her symptoms and the severity of it. You guys just have no clue on psychological health and sit there making a mockery of it.

So you believe they both have these disorders?? And do you believe that their sentences were correct? And do you believe that they should both be released? I think most people are infuriated by the crime and the lack of accountability both have of these girls have shown. To me, if you committed a crime because of mental health issues and get suddenly approved for release…you should get released into prison. Whether you were mentally ill or not, you committed a horrible crime and you need to serve time in prison or in a mental institution.

That girl plotted manipulative another person to commit a vicious crime. The fact that while she was being interrogated she try play "crazy" she sknew if she was deemed insane she get away ..this kid was diabolical this kid if she stops her meds while shes out she will be a danger. She should be on a monitor or better yet prison.
