Actually I am good in digging (spikes and pan cake type )but when comes to passing i always 30./. Success only.i loss my confidence in recieving the ball. So I hope this will help to me.

How can you straighten your arms? my friend does not know how to straighten his arms, he always does the hoop arm thing

in some situations i disagree. what do you do when the ball is slow but it's coming deep so you have to generate power to bring to the net? Look at prof volleyball players, they do swing the arms when necessary. you cant expect the angle to generate power it just gives the direction. Most power comes from the legs but when needed arms can be used. the only thing you have to note is you need experience to control the power in your arms

she literally started the video that with long passes u have to give momentum to the ball by swinging. with higher level serves u dont have to give extra momentum. maybe with float serves its nice for controll if u attack the ball with your arms as well a bit. But the point of the video is keeping your platforms angle stable throughout.
