I picked up an analogue pocket a couple of months back it’s a stunning piece of kit and it’s got me back into playing Gameboy games

I cant explain it but it definitely makes everything feel fresh again. I really need to look into getting some of their other kit, but then again you can use the pocket to emulate everything their others systems play if you want to, but I need a reason to be picking up physical games haha

Your dog is very cute, Ross! Great pickups, the Analogue looks great. Weird limited print stuff indeed :) the Pokemon Ruby box made me really nostalgic!

She's cute but she knows it... That's the problem. She gets away with everything. Been messing about with the pocket all day and hoping I can get a video out about some of its lesser used features at some point. I went to check if they still had much left on limited legacy earlier and their site was down, but it seems back now. Seriously dodgy.

I’m glad to see you’re enjoying your pocket. It’s a great bit a kit, yes it’s expensive, but the amount of stuff it can do does make it worth it. I’d say when you next have the spare cash to snag a dock. They’d be perfect for you and your streaming. Being able to stream handled games would be cool. You’re lucky to have the HZD pops, like I’ve said some of them have gone up a bit, well at least Aloy has anyway. Take it easy Ross.

It does sound expensive but as you said it can do a lot of stuff, but its also the build quality. Its not something you can tell from the pictures really, its something you have to play isn't it. I'm definitely going to get the dock, not only for being able to stream the handheld stuff, but it will make it much easier just to emulate the games I own on other consoles and play through HDMI without having to crack out so many extra bits of kit. I did have a look into the HZD pops to check the others after you mentioned Aloy. The watcher has gone up a little and the limited glow in the dark one is sitting around 30 so im happy with that. I cant recommend the pocket enough. As soon as I get a dock for it, I feel its going to replace a lot of the systems I have hooked up to the TV now and free up some space.

Nice pickups dude! Some great games but your dog was the best pickup in the video. So cute! Sweet score with the Analogue Pocket. I recently got the adapter for my Game Gear too but I think you may have sold me on that piece of kit!

She's a good girl, I thought she was going to be much louder in the video, so I usually get her to stay downstairs when filming anything. I'd highly recommend the pocket its a premium bit of kit. Lucky for you too its not as pricey over there, we get stung like anything on importing it over here.

I knew no matter what I picked up, it would have been overshadowed by the dogs appearance haha. Hopefully there is a digital of Boxville. Looks like their site has gone down now, there is something a bit off with that company but at least they delivered. Super addicted to the pocket. Getting whipped by the gameboy library though, I cant believe i used to just blitz through the games like nothing as a kid... and with that original screen haha.

Analogue Pocket. Very nice. I've recently been looking at one myself. Can't pull the trigger on it just yet but I'll probably treat myself for my upcoming birthday. I really don't like Analogue much as a company but i do very much like their products.

They are most definitely worth the investment, but only if you want to play the original carts too. I'm actually really looking forward to picking up a dock for it down the line. The only way I could pull the trigger on it was due to the credit. Sadly gotta start from scratch with that again now though. Have heard the company itself isn't the best, but I cant fault their product.

Ive played and actually finished that Young Justice League on 360...yeah its quite awful, there is a lot worse though. I really need to trim down my pops, its got quite ridiculous. That pocket thing seems pretty cool, not seen or heard of that before. Not long for Ghostbusters now, looks awesome! 😁

I'm impressed you have finished it, most people haven't even attempted to play it. The gf really slimmed down on her pops. She had so many but now its just down to horror and disney ones for her. If I dont find somewhere to display them soon I might have to slim a few. The pocket is fantastic and a proper premium product but its a shame it comes with such a high price tag. Its got a lot of other features like built in support for GB studio and you can use it to make music too. Cant wait for Ghostbusters. The trailer keeps popping up as an ad on here and its one of the few I dont head for the skip button on.

I remember when I stated collecting 360. everyone was saying young justice will be the next rarity.... that never happened. 🤣 The overall design is stunning in stray. But like you say, it's not as good as people say. I still think it's a must play though. Dogo is getting jealous of all this cat talk 😅 Infernax 🎉🎉 I have a nice lenticular cover for wonderful 101. I had to stop playing the wii u one as the controlls did my head in, so i think the ps4 will be a lot better to play. The pocket isnt for me, but i think that was a great use of credit. Especially how much time you have put into it. Great stuff. One day ill carch a video of yours on time. I dont know why i keep missing them😮✌️

I remember everyone trying to inflate its rarity, it was definitely one I never though was going to be rare. Uncommon maybe but not pricey. Oh Stray is still fantastic but, yeah its not game of the year material, thats how it sounded it was going to be the way everyone was gushing over it. I've heard its a bit weird to play on the Wii-U but isnt everything haha. Might have to pick it up after the ps4 one has been played just to see how they changed it. I'm still attempting to work through some gameboy games on it, but I'm not getting too far as I suck at retro haha. It really was the better choice for the credit. Going to get so much more use out of it than a copy of paper mario which would be a one and done game for me. One day ill reply back to comments in a timely fashion too haha

That analog pocket looks like a beast 👌 Sray is such a lovely game, just wish there was a photomode lol I still have wonderful 101 sealed lol, what the heck is it 😂 I am finally gettin the hang of infernax, really liking it. The more I play it and get the upgrades, the easier it gets (famous last words lol). That Paper Mario is still a bit sore 😬 Nice stuff man 👌

I always wanted the pocket when it was announced but never thought I'd be able to grab one and now I'm recommending it to everyone haha. I do need to get back to finishing stray but got so many random little projects and games on the go at once I'm struggling to find the time. I should just sit down and finish some stuff off before I start something new. Maybe wonderful 101 should have been in the Club 52 wheel so we can find out. Infernax isn't too bad, def some frustrating bits, and going for the full evil and full endings can get a bit tough towards the end. I'm glad I did it on casual before doing the classic run. I've got all endings on it bar one now, but it sounds like a pain to set up. I found it easier just to find some areas to grind XP and money and buy everything you can to dispatch the foes quicker. It def gets easier with some of the spells. Being able to fast travel is a game changer. At least I got something decent from the ashes of that Paper Mario haha

I had a cat growing up which would run off with oranges from the fruit bowl. She would hide somewhere actually peel it and eat it. Thought they were meant to hate orange.

She looks cute but she can live up to the B name haha. Yeah he's gone now. It's actually a pretty crazy way he went. I've been looking into the Mega SG. Says it works with the CD and 32x but does it work with the systems with different power inputs if attached to PAL systems? You know the pocket is on the cards sooner rather than later.

Great video man, some excellent pickups, I just plucked up the courage to order boxville for ps5 🙏🙏🙏 hope it turns up! Can i ask, what is your setup for playing retro? TV wise and cable wise for ps1,ps2 and dreamcast?

I don't think there is anything to worry about with it, they seemed more timely to send the item out than a couple of the other limited print companies. The retro setup is depends on how I'm playing. If im streaming its all run through an ossc to an old plasma hdtv as it has every connection under the sun. If im feeling some authentic nostalgia I use a CRT. Got one set up in the bedroom and I usually just wander in there with a console. PS1 these days I actually just run the discs on my PC using duckstation as you can upscale and smooth easily. PS2 is always run through component cables. I did try one of them PS2 to HDMI converters which was alright but not as good as component. Especially when the component is through the OSSC. Dreamcast I just use VGA cables, unless it forces me not to... I'm looking at you Skies of Arcadia haha.

Something super fishy with that company. Really enjoying the pocket, gonna have to get more of the adapters as I've always wanted to collect Turbo Grafx and PC Engine Hucards

As long as shes just licking them.. I can laugh at that, chewing would be a different matter haha. I've just looked up that Egon and its on the to buy list. Its bad when the comments have me spending money. Oh there is no way I'd be paying that in cash even when its a seriously quality product. It prob only cost about £100 with the stuff I traded in so I feel thats more reasonable.
