Hi again Pudsi, great great great update. You showed heaps but because you paced it so well I never felt overawed by the volume. Still looking for that Purple Japan live. I commented on your showing of the boxset version a few vids back, so showing it now really impels me to make it my next purchase. Love NYs 2nd LP that u showed. Have been curious of PTree for a long time. Dereck is a huge fan of theirs. Really enjoyed this update. Thanks mate

Hello Ade, Great to see you again. Good to see you exploring Porcupine Tree. My personal favorite is 'Fear Of a Blank Planet'. Actually I like Steven Wilson's solo albums more than I like PT studio albums. You would dig 'Grace for Drowning'. That was the album that showed me how talented Steven Wilson was. The guy is very creative. Well, I see you have 'The Raven That Refused to Sing'. It will grow on you in time. Don't give up on it too fast. It is a creeper. > Wow, when you discover a band you really take an interest in all of their music. That is fantastic. I cannot help but notice the copy of Mighty Blimp I behind your right on the shelve. Good to see you showing one of my local faves A-Smith. I dig 'Rock In A Hard Place' also. I got to see them tour for that album in 84 at the Orpheum in Boston. They taped the show live on the radio. In fact, if you Google a little bit you will read how Joe Perry and Brad Whitford were in the crowd watching Aerosmith play live that night in 1984. Wow, that Dire Straits box set is a beauty. You are still the KOTBS {king of the box sets} in the VC. I have to look into that one. Making Movies is a brilliant record. I hope that you and your family are all well Ade. Hope to see you again soon~ Rob/Boston

Hi. I remember a while back you mentioned that you wanted to get into some blues and it occured to me that you might enjoy Ten Years After. Alvin Lee is a scorching hot guitarist. Cool video as always. Marcus

Wow! It's pudsi! Nice to see you've found Porcupine Tree! I have only couple of their albums, but I love them. Absolutely great band! And I love Steven Wilson solo material as well. I prefer "Grace for Drowning" over "The Raven That Refused to Sing". I like also his project "Storm Corrosion" with Mikael Åkerfeldt from Opeth. That Dire Straits box set looks fantastic! Their records usually sounds absolutely amazing. Good to see you, Ade!

From ignorant to full blown prog master collector! I've not yet heard a single Porcupine Tree track and given that I'll quickly dive right down the hole as did you, it's probably better that way! Love those early Krokus lp's! They'll do no wrong but like the Leps, those early ones are just magical! Made in Japan is such a monster jam session, it's in the right hands. Could take or leave Neil Young save for very few lp's but I always dig me some Ade and the lp sounds fantastic in the background! Good to see ya more often than at weddings and funerals! - Lj

Sweet update! Those two Krokus albums are metal classics! I picked up the Aerosmith 180 gram record store day releases too. Rock in a Hard Place is an underrated album in the Aerosmith catalog. The tour for that album was actually the first concert I had seen. I would kill to have the Deep Purple singles record! (Ok, maybe not kill, but it's a sweet record. Wish I had it.) Also, love the Hendrix shirt!

Discovered porcupine tree by accident on a sampler with a magazine some years ago. I have deadwing and fear of a blank planet on cd only, they are exellent. You need a mortgage to buy them on vinyl. Good news is the cd's were about 6 quid each new !!

I´m a proud Swede and Life was a super awsome Swedish progg band. The 1st press is mega rare & highly sought after. If you like that stuff you should also check out these Swedish progg albums from the 70´s: Fläsket Brinner International Harvester Träd, Gräs och Stenar Blå Tåget Gunder Hägg
