Thank you. I don’t remember much of my chemistry and only rudimentary biology from high school. I was recently diagnosed with CML and am now taking a TKI. This helps explain TK better and has helped with my understanding. I thank you for that!

Hi, thank you for this video. It was short, simple, and very clear. I had one question that I'm confused about. Do both binding sites need to be filled for RTK's to become dimerized? What would happen if only one binding site is filled and the other one isn't? Would that ligand detach or would it stay there until the other site is filled?

Does every tyrosine kinase take phosphate from ATP present in cytoplasm or does only one of them when phosphorylation transfer phosphorous to a relative of tyrosine kinase colloquially, meaning that each one when phosphorylation transmits phosphorous to her sister and I think the first is correct, answer me please

I just made it with powerpoint (and used the animations feature to make things move) and then recorded with screen-cast-o-matic (the free version)

All kind of proteins in cell go through conformational changes or selective few??By the way,this video is cool!

only some of the proteins. such as calmodulin and Rb. Most of the protein, which act not as an inhibitor, activator or signaling will not change.

Autophorylation occur when ATP gives one phosphate to a Tyrosine and attached itself to it in order for auto phosphorylation occurs for activation.
