Sometimes, I feel these guys just enjoy seeing people suffer. We've literally been in a recession since last year and if anything, I was just expecting things to get better. Now they just issue doomsday warnings and projections without solutions. How do we prepare, what do the less fortunate ones like us do?

I feel for you. It'll all be fine. Some practical steps: Vote wisely(our leaders have a hand in it), Spend only on necessities, Pay attention to your health, Invest and spread your assets (locally and internationally) and while at it, always make correct inquiries so you don't throw your money in the wind or better still, get the services of an expert (that way, you give little room for error). Made my first million earlier this year this way and I think can comfortably wait out this "phase" though the situation in the UK isn't as bad. Good luck!

Amazing approach though not quite as easy... You mentioned getting assets and using pros, if its not a problem. do you mind telling which asset type, if you used one or recommending a good one? I could definitely use external help right now... I look forward to you replying...

Coming out of facing alot, I knew two things about the stock market: It caused the Great Depression, and the fastest way to make a million on the markets was to start with two million. And then the Great Recession happened only a few years later. So yeah, I wish someone had better explained it to me earlier in life. Having a good entry and exit strategy will make you succeed in the stock market.

Exactly, most of the investors pays more attention to the profit aspect forgetting that the market involves ups and down. securing your financial position requires lots of patience and proper education on the market so as to know the right profitable stock to buy and invest in. I made over $260k in profits, from just the Q4 of 2021. Investing in the stock market is most profitable when you understand how the market actually works.

The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies

The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading.

This recession is most likely the result of an external factor. For the first time in decades, the United States is losing its clout as a federal reserve currency. They don't have any more economies to use to control inflation, and less money is being spent on stock and oil trading than in the past. They all lend support to the idea that a new multilateral world order is in the works.

Let's face it, increasing stock and index fund purchases during downturns and bear markets is unnerving. Which makes it very difficult for most people, like me, to do. It's challenging to incur the risk of investing the $1 million I have in an S&S.

That is correct. For the past 23 months, I've been in daily contact with a financial advisor. The difficult part of investing these days is determining when to sell or hold a company when it is trending. My supervisor can advise me on points of entry and exit in the sectors in which I am now active. I can't say I'm sorry because my profits increased by 63% in the third quarter of 2022.

Focus on long term investments in property, stocks, and bonds. Avoid copying, daytrading and 'chart astrology'. On a brighter note, every recession comes with an equal chance in the fin-mrkt if you're early informed and equipped, I've read folks amass up to 7 figures during these times, and even pull it off easily in a favorable economy. Truthfully, I’d need guide please for a boomer like me to attain such amount for retirement, we definitely need to benefit from this situation somehow.

Well agreed, investing is plain sailing if you have good conviction indeed. I remember early 2020 during the lockdown, got laid off and needed to stay afloat, hence I researched for advisors and immediately found someone remarkable. As of today, my reserve of $500k has yielded into a comfortable 7-figure which we intend reallocating into gold, recalling the 1929 crash.

If inflation continues to re-accelerate, don't you think they will be forced to increase interest rates? It's not like they have the option to just stand back and watch it increase and hope it comes back down. They indicated they will act not just if it does not re-accelerate but if it does not demonstrate, it is actively on the way down to 2%, so the likelihood of an interest rate hike seems very significant. There's nothing to naturally bring inflation down at this point unless the labor market implodes.......currently I've been engaged in active trading, which is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility and also managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Sandy Barclays, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Even with the right strategies and appropriate assets, investment returns can differ among investors. Recognizing the vital role of experience in investment success is crucial. Personally, I understood this significance and sought guidance from a market analyst, significantly growing my account to nearly a million. Strategically withdrawing profits just before the market correction, I'm now seizing buying opportunities once again.

I foresee a recession lasting 2-3 years, and if inflation continues to surge, the Federal Reserve will likely raise interest rates soon. Inflation is causing various issues worldwide, such as food shortages, scarcities of diesel and heating fuel, and significant spikes in housing prices, leading to a potential financial market crash. This global downturn could have long-lasting repercussions. Given the current inflation rate of approximately 9%, my main worry is how to optimize my savings and retirement fund, which has remained stagnant at around $300,000, yielding almost no gains for quite some time.
