🌞Ingredients for Chickpea Omelette
My measuring cup is 250ml
The size of my pan is 16 cm in diameter
½ cup of plain water
4 tablespoons chickpea flour
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Seasonings and salt to taste
½ tomato
½ cup chopped broccoli
Optional Sesame or sesame seeds for garnish
🔥Cook round and round in a pan, covered, in total approximately 15 minutes
🌞Ingredients for Carrot Pizza
My measuring cup is 250 ml
The size of the pan is 16 cm in diameter
For the mass:
½ Cup of Natural Water
½ cup of grated carrot
3 tablespoons of rice flour
Seasonings and salt to taste
For the filling:
Optional Chickpea Cheese or any other vegetable cheese
1 tomato
1 clove garlic
fresh basil
black olives
Oregano
🔥Cook round and round for approximately 13 minutes
🌞 Buckwheat Omelette Ingredients
My measuring cup is 250 ml
The size of the pan is 18 cm in diameter
For the mass:
3 Tablespoons of Buckwheat
½ cup of water
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
For the filling:
Carrot,
Zucchini,
Red pepper,
shitake mushrooms,
