Mami , I made puttu and it came out fantastic . Here in my place the rice is not very soft due to cold weather . So I soaked it for 12 hours and then followed your receipe . Also I put little more than 1/2 cup water while mixing the rice flour . Overall the result was just amazing. Thanks so much for the authentic recipes . I feel you are my own family member when I watch your videos. Thanks so much.

Mani I tried your arisi puttu it came correctly but the rice puttu softness is missing. Why I don't know. I powdered raw rice into fine rawa. But still the puttu is not soft. Arisi puttu ennum veganum Pola irukki. 15 minutes idli cooker Vega vitten. Reason theriyale. Can u help mani.
