JSK. Yes ma'am will def try. Its best to switch over to millets, unpolished ones. Healthier option. I made tinnai dosai n it did come out well . Please post samai upma recipe . Thank you. Have a nice day.

old method of cooking we really learn from u amma. so don't have doubt. u can proceed more more millet items like upma or kanchi form which is like very much.

Definitely mami. We need more millet recipes.recently I tried your style appam (aval instead of coconut). It came out very well and tasty. All credit goes to mami. Definitely i will try this one also. But in Between pls add some ordinary recipes also mami.

Amma, millets kooda pressure cooker-la rice vaikkara maathiri pannalaam, rice-kku substitute-aa use pannalaam-nu kelvi patten. Athu eppadi vaikkanum, entha millets ippadi saadham-a vecchu saappidalaam-nu sollungo Amma.

Madam Time 40 to 50 seconds samai rice 2 measure is mentioned. Time 3.40 to 3.50 minutes slide shows one measure samai rice. Kindly tell 2 or 1 measure
