I am a good critic of kitchen tips show in TV Channels at the same time appreciating good tips by good cooking specialists. Yours is one I used to listen and appreciate as it is almost comparable with our traditional cooking process which we all learnt. Hence enjoyable. Adai recipe is superb and I love it. Mdm, I've watched yr cooking programme in on tv. I think yr adai is going to be fantastic like the other dishes. Suppose I want to keep part of the mixture for next day evening tiffin w/o adding any of the other ingredients like kerai, grated coconut n onions will it taste the same.
